Claims (10)
- 스케일 디비젼을 정하도록 간격을 두고 가로로 배치된 불투명 선을 갖고 투명 물질의 스케일, 광 방출기, 광 검출기 및 이들 사이에 배치된 애퍼츄어 판을 갖고 있는 엔코더 본체, 상기 스케일을 따라 상기 애퍼츄어의 대향 측면 상 및 상기 스케일 디비젼의 대향 측면 상에서 상기 스케일의 한 면과 슬라이딩 접촉하는 모두 4개의 슬라이딩 접촉부를 제공하는 상기 엔코더 본체 상의 스케일 지지부, 상기 스케일 디비젼의 대향 측면 상의 위치 내에서 상기 애퍼츄어와 거의 일직선을 이루는 위치에서 상기 스케일의 반대면과 슬라이딩 접촉하는 2개의 슬라이딩 접촉부를 제공하는 상기 엔코더 본체 상의 스케일 지지부, 및 상기 스케일의 광선 통로 내의 상기 애퍼츄어 판의 애퍼츄어에 대하여 선정된 간격을 두고 떨어진 위치 내에 유지시키는, 상기 스케일 양 측의 상기 스케일 지지부의 슬라이딩 접촉부들 사이의 상기 스케일의 두께보다 크지 않은 폭을 가지는 갭으로 구성되고. 상기 불투명 선의 길이가 스케일 폭보다 작고, 상기 애퍼츄어 판이 상기 광 방출기와 상기 광 검출기 사이의 상기 광선 통로 내에 배치된 애퍼츄어를 갖고 있으며, 상기 스케일이 상기 애퍼츄어 판에 인접한 상기 광선 통로를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔코더 본체가 상기 광 방출기를 장착시키는 공동을 갖고 있는 방출기 홀더, 상기 광 검출기를 장착시키는 공동을 갖고 있는 검출기 흘더, 상기 방출기 홀더 상의 가요성 암, 채널을 그 사이에 정하는 상기 검출기 홀더 상의 측 부재, 상기 광선 통로 내의 상기 검출기로부터 간격을 두고 배치된 상기 애퍼츄어를 갖고 있는 상기 검출기 부재 상의 상기 애퍼츄어 판은 배치하여 인덱싱하는 상기 검출기 부재 상의 인덱싱 장치, 상기 검출기 부재 상의 상기 애퍼츄어 판을 결합시켜 클램핑하는 면을 갖고 있는 상기 방출기 부재 상의 클램핑 장치 및 단부에 인접하고 굴곡 내에 있는 상기 방출기 부재의 상기 암을 상기 검출기 부재에 결합시켜 고정시키고, 상기 엔코더 본체의 조립을 완료하며, 이동에 대항하여 상기 애퍼츄어 판을 고정적으로 클램핑시키기 위한 장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 장치가 이 클램핑 장치을 인덱싱하기 위한 상기 인덱싱 장치를 결합시키는 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
- 제2항에 있어서. 상기 측 부재들이 각각 삼기 애퍼츄어 판에 인접한 개구를 갖고 있고, 상기 클램핑 장치가 상기 개구 내에 끼워지는 측 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 장치의 상기 측 부재들이 상기 인덱싱 장치를 수용하기 위해 저면을 통하는 슬롯트 개구를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 간격을 두고 배치된 상기 불투명 선의 폭이 이들 사이의 간격보다 넓은 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
- 제6항에 있어서, 스케일 디비젼의 포이 약 0.282mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
- 제7항에 있어서, 불투명 선의 폭이 약 0.180mm이고, 불투명 선들 사이의 간격이 0.102mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 애퍼츄어 판의 애퍼츄어의 폭이 약 0.083mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 애퍼츄어 판 내의 애퍼츄어의 길이가 간격을 두고 배치된 상기 불투명 선의 길이보다 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
