Claims (3)
- 인발중에 있는 주편(鑄片)에 대하여 압하력을 계속 가하여 연속주조를 행하는 연속주조법에 있어서, 이 주편의 중심고상율(中心固相率)의 값이 다음의 (1), (2), (3)의 영역내에 있는 사이에는, 이 주편의 인발방향길이 (단위 : m) 당 주편두께에 대한 압하량의 비율을 뜻하는 압하구배 (% / m) 가 각각 다음의 조건 (A), (B), (C) 를 만족하도록 압하하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조방법.0.2중심고상율0.35 ∼ 0.45 의 영역 (1) 에서는압하구배 ( % / m ) = 0.70 ∼ 0.90 ‥‥‥‥ (A)0.35 ∼ 0.45중심고상율0.65 ∼ 0.75 의 영역 (2) 에서는압하구배 ( % / m ) = 0.30 ∼ 0.48 ‥‥‥‥ (B)0.65 ∼ 0.75중심고상율0.90 의 영역 (3) 에서는압하구배율 ( % / m ) = 0.08 ∼ 0.16 ‥‥‥‥ (C)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 영역 (1)과 영역 (2)가 교착하는 중심고상율 = 0.35 ∼ 0.45 의 영역 (1 - 2)에 있어서는 압하구배 ( % / m ) = 0.30 ∼ 0.90 ‥‥‥‥ (A - B) 를 만족함과 아울러 영역 (1)에서 선택된 압하구배와 동일하거나 보다 작게 영역 (2)에서 선택된 압하구배와 동일하거나 보다 크게 한 압하구배로 압하하거나 또는 영역 (2)와 영역 (3) 이 교착하는 중심고상율 = 0.65 ∼ 0.75 의 영역 (2 - 3)에서는, 압하구배 ( % / m ) : 0.08 ∼ 0.48 ‥‥‥ (B - C)를 만족함과 아울러 영역 (2)에서 선택된 압하구배와 동일하거나 보다 작게 영역 (3) 에서 선택된 압하구배와 동일하거나 보다 크게 한 압하구배로 압하하는 연속주조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중심고상율이 0.35 ∼ 0.45 로 된 시점 이후의 영역에서의 압하에 사용하는 압하로울로서는, 압하를 위한 실효길이 (實效長)가 주편폭의 0.2 ~ 0.8 배인 압하로울을 이 주편의 상하 양쪽 또는 어느 한쪽으로부터 작용시키도록 배치하여 행하도록 한 연속주조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
