The carbon black has nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 150-160 m2/g, DBP absorption number of 130-150, sieve residue of 0.003, the sum of ashcontent and sulfur content of 0.5. The ratio of nitrogen adsorption specific surface area to DBP absorption number is below 1.2. The reactor for the carbon black consists of combustion area for supplying heat of reaction, a nozzle for supplying fuel oil, a reaction area, a nozzle for supplying raw material and a quenching area for treating impurities.
