외부선 연결장치

본 고안은 컴퓨터 학습장치 및 제어장치등을 비롯한 각종 기기에 외부의 다른기기의 외부선을 연결하는 외부선 연결장치에 관한 것으로 특히 별도의 컨넥터 등을 사용하지 않고, 외부선을 회로기판에 간단히 연결할 수 있도록 하는 외부선 연결장치에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 기기에 외부의 다른 기기의 외부선을 연결할 경우에 별도의 컨넥터를 사용하였으나, 컨넥터가 고가여서 제품의 생산원가가 상승함은 물론 컨넥터와 내부의 회로기판사이에 별도의 연결작업을 해야 되어 제품의 생산성이 저하되는 등의 여러가지 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 제반 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로서, 회로기판에 동박으로 외부선 연결부를 형성하여 기기의 외부로 노출시키고, 이 외부선 연결부에 고정구멍을 형성함과 아울러 고정구멍의 하부에 고정너트를 설치하며, 고정구멍에 와셔를 개재하여 고정나사를 삽입 및 고정너트에 체결함으로써 외부의 연결선을 외부선 연결부에 간단히 연결 및 고정할 수 있도록 하는 외부선 연결장치를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있는 것으로 이를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
제1도는 본 고안의 외부선 연결장치가 구성된 기기를 보인 사시도이고, 제2도 및 제3도는 본 고안의 외부선 연결장치를 보인 분해 사시도 및 확대 종단면도이다. 여기서, 부호 10은 기기 본체로서 본체(10)의 일측에는 컴퓨터 시스템 등과 연결되는 컨넥터(11,12)가 설치됨과 아울러 기기의 동작을 설정하는 딥스위치(13)가 설치되며, 본체(10)의 전방에는 본 고안의 외부선 연결장치에 의한 단자대(20)가 구성된다.
단자대(20)는, 회로기판(21)에 외부선(도면에 도시되지 않음)이 연결되는 외부선 연결부(22)를 동박으로 형성하고, 외부선 연결부(22)에 고정구멍(23)를 형성하여 고정구멍(23)에 와셔(24)를 개재하여 고정나사(25)가 끼워지게 함과 아울러 본체(10)의 상기 외부선 연결부(22)에 대향되는 위치에는 고정나사(25) 및 와셔(24)가 노출되게 하는 노출구멍(26)을 형성하였으며, 외부선 연결부(22)의 하부의 베이스 판체(27)에는 나사홈(28)을 형성하여 상기 고정나사(25)와 체결되는 고정너트(29)를 설치하였다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 외부선 연결장치는 본체(10)에 외부선을 연결시킬 경우에 먼저 고정나사(24)를 시계 반대방향으로 회전시키면, 고정너트(29)는 나사홈(28)에 삽입되어 회전되지 않고, 고정나사(25)만 회전하게 되므로 고정나사(25)와 고정너트(29)의 체결상태가 풀리면서 고정나사(25)가 상승하게 된다.
이와 같은 상태에서 외부선 연결부(22)와 와셔(24)의 사이에 연결할 외부선을 끼우고, 고정나사(25)를 시계 방향으로 회전시키면, 고정나사(25)와 고정너트(29)가 체결되고, 와셔(24)가 외부선을 외부선 연결부(22)에 압착하여 고정된다.
이상에서 상세히 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안은 별도로 컨넥터 등을 사용하지 않고, 회로기판에 외부선 연결부를 형성하여 외부선을 직접 연결시킴으로써 외부선의 연결작업이 매우 간편함은 물론 제품의 생산원가가 절감되고, 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

  1. 기기 본체(10)의 내부의 회로기판(21)에 외부선이 연결되는 외부선 연결부(22)를 동박으로 형성하고, 외부선 연결부(22)에 고정구멍(23)을 형성하여, 고정구멍(23)에 와셔(24)를 개재하여 고정나사(25)가 끼워지게 함과 아울러 본체(10)에 상기 고정나사(25) 및 와셔(24)가 노출되게 하는 노출구멍(26)을 형성하며, 외부선 연결부(22)의 하부의 베이스 판체(27)에는 나사홈(28)을 형성하여 상기 고정나사(25)와 체결되는 고정너트(29)를 설치함을 특징으로 하는 외부선 연결장치.
