본 고안은 첵크밸브에 관한 것으로, 특해 상단부에 장방형의 작동봉을 갖는 플레이트를 장방형작동홈에 단순히 삽입시켜 회동자재되도록 하여서 관로상에 설치된 상태에서 유체의 역류를 방지하는 플레이트가 안정되게 작동되도록 한 신규한 형태의 첵크밸브에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 첵크밸브는 플레이트를 회동시켜서 밸브를 개폐시키는 것으로, 유체를 일방향으로만 흐르게 하며 유체의 역류를 방지하는 작용을 한다.
또한 첵크밸브가 설치된 관로내의 양면에 작용하는 압력에 의하여 플레이트가 자동적으로 작동하게 되어있고, 플레이트가 안정되게 여닫을 수 있도록 탄성적으로 작동되는 자동작동스프링이 설치되어서 관로내의 압력차와 함께 플레이트의 신속한 작동을 보조한다.
종래기술에 의한 이러한 형태의 첵크밸브들은 단순히 한방향으로만 권취된 이들 자동작동스프링에 의하여 플레이트가 작동되도록 되어있으므로 구성부품의 숫자가 증가하여 불필요한 여러가지 조립공정을 필요로 한다. 또한 밸브본체에 자동작동스프링을 갖는 플레이트를 밸브봉으로 조립고정하므로 적어도 3번의 조립공정이 필요하고, 이에 따라서 생산비의 상승을 가져온다.
따라서 본 고안의 목적은 상기한 바와같은 단점을 해결하기 위하여 개발된 것으로써, 본 고안의 첵크밸브는 위와 같은 여러번의 조립공정이 불필요하고, 자동작동스프링을 설치하지 않고서도 종래기술과 동일한 효과의 첵크밸브의 본래의 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 한 신규한 형태의 첵크밸브를 제공하는데 본 고안의 그 목적이 있다.
본 고안의 다른목적은 장방형작동홈을 구비한 밸브본체와, 상기 밸브본체의 장방형작동홈에 삽입되어 작동되는 장방형의 작동봉을 구비한 플레이트로 구성된 지극히 간단한 구조의 첵크밸브를 제공하는데 본 고안의 그 목적이 있다.
이하 본 고안의 구성 및 작용효과를 첨부한 도면을 참고로 양호한 실시예를 상술하면 다음과 같다.
제1도 내지 제 3도에서, 부호1은 첵크밸브를 표시하고, 부호2는 밸브본체, 부호3은 플레이트를 표시하며, 이 플레이트(3)는 상기한 밸브본체(2)에 힌지결합되어서 회동자재된다.
상기한 밸브본체(2)의 상단부에는 장방형작동홈(4)을 형성하되, 이 장방형작동홈(4)은 제3도에 도시한 바와같이 상방으로 α각 만큼 경사지게 형성하여서 후술하는 플레이트(3)가 삽입되어 작동시에 플레이트가 장방형작동홈에서 자연적으로 이탈되는 것을 방지하도록 하였다.
한편, 상기한 장방형작동홈에 삽입되어 회동자재되는 플레이트(3)는 좌우 양단부에 작동봉(5)을 구성하고, 중앙부에는 플레이트(3)의 열림시에 과도한 열림을 방지하는 열림방지턱(6)을 일체로 구성하여서 된 것이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 첵크밸브는 플레이트(3)가양단부의 작동봉(5)에 의하여 밸브본체(2)의 장방형작동홈(4)에 삽입된 상태에서 자동작동스프링이 없어도 첵크밸브의 본래의 기능을 훌륭히 수행한다.
그리고 플레이트(3)는 밸브본체(2)에 α각만큼 상향으로 경사지게 형성된 장방형작동홈(4)에 의하여 빠지지 않고 안정되게 회동작동되며, 열림방지턱(6)에 의하여 플레이트의 작동시에 과도한 열림이 방지되고, 인위적인 힘을 가하지 않는한 플레이트가 장방형작동홈(4)의 내부에서 빠져나오지는 않는다.
밸브본체(2)에는 밀폐링(7)을 삽입하였기 때문에 플레이트(3)나 연결플랜지(도시안됨)와 체결시에 누수를 차단한다.
본 고안의 첵크밸브는 단순히 플레이트(3)를 밸브본체(2)의 장방형작동홈(4)에 집어 넣으면 조립이 완성되므로 지극히 간단한 조립과, 자동작동스프링이 불필요하므로 구성부품갯수를 줄여서 생산원가를 혁신적으로 절감시킬 수 있는 제반 특,장점이 있다.

  1. 밸브본체(2)의 상단부에 α각만큼 상향으로 경사지게 장방형작동홈(4)을 형성하고, 좌우 양단부에 작동봉(5)과 중앙부에 열림방지턱(6)을 구비한 플레이트(3)를 상기한 장방형작동홈에 삽입하여서 회동자재되도록 한것이 특징인 첵크밸브.
