Claims (3)
- 실린더부착면(11)에 열린 실린더포트(19)에 연이어 통한 실린더측 통로(20)와, 방향제어밸브포트(17)에 연이어 통한 방향제어밸브측 통로(18)를 보유하는 밸브본체(1O)와, 이 밸브본체(10)에 설치되어서 실린더측통로(20)로부더 방향제어밸브측 통로(18)로의 작동유유입을 저지하는 체크밸브(24)와, 상기 밸브본체(10)에 설치되어 방향제어밸브측 통로(18)와 실린더측 통로(20)를 항상 차단하고, 외부신호로 연이어 통하는 유량제어밸브(34)와, 상기 밸브본체(10)에 설치되어서 실린더측 통로(20)의 고압을 릴리프하는 안전밸브(44)로 이루어지고, 상기 체크밸브(24), 유량제어밸브(34), 안전밸브(44)를 실린더부착면(11)과 대략 평행한 한평면에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 낙하방지 밸브장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유량제어밸브(34)를 스풀구멍(25)에 스풀(26)을 연이어 통하는 위치와 차단위치에 걸쳐서 미끄럼자재하게 끼워맞춤하고, 이 스풀(26)을 복수의 스프링에 의해, 차단위치에 힘을 더하여 보유하고, 또한 파일럿작동유에 의해 연이어 통하는 방향으로 미는 것으로 하고, 상기한 복수의 스프링을 그 파일럿 작동유의 압력이 낮은 범위에서는 파일럿작동유의 변화에 대하여 스풀스트로크가 크고, 어느 압력이상으로 되면 스풀스트토크가 작아지도록 설정한 낙하방지 벨브장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 유량제어밸브(34)를 스풀구멍(25)에 스풀(26)을 끼워 맞춤하고, 고 스풀(26)에 콘시이트부(81)를 설치하고, 그 콘시이트부(81)에 의해서 방향제어밸브측 통로(18)와 실린더측 통로(20)를 차단하도룩 한 낙하방지 밸브장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
