Claims (7)
- 대판(16)과상기한 대판(16) 위에 형성된 제1수지층과상기한 제1수지층 위에서 일정한 간격을 두고 설치된 한쌍의 벨트형상 전극(27)(28)과상기한 제1수지층 및 상기한 벨트형상 전극(27)(28) 위에 형성된 복사체층(36)과상기한 복사체층 위에 형성된 제2수지층과상기한 제2수지층 위에 설치되는 장식용시이트(42)로구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 히이터가 내장된 바닥재.
- 제1항에있어서, 상기한 대판(16)은 단일목판(wooden single plate) 사이에 삽입된 수지와 함께 적층된 다수의 단판(single plate)으로 형성되고, 제3수지층은 대판(16)의 노출된 표면과 장식용시이트(42) 위에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히이터가 내장된 바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기한 대판(16)이 적층된 단일목판으로 형성되어 상기한 단일목판의 나뭇결이 서로 교대로 직각으로 만나며 상기한 제1수지층과 제2수지층이 열경화성 수지로 형성되고 상기한 벨트형상 전극(27)(28)이 제1수지층과 만나도록 단판의 나뭇결방향과 직각으로 만나는 방향으로 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히이터가 내장된 바닥재
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 대판(16)에는 벨트형상 전극(27)(28)을 설치하기 위하여 그 상부 표면에 홈(26)(26)이 형성되고 벨트형상 전극은 상기한 홈의 내부에 설치되며, 복사체층(36)에는 양쪽 벨트형상 전극사이에서 벨트형상 전극의 길이방향을 따라 다수의 공동(空洞)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부에 히이터가 내장된 바닥재.
- 그 내부에 삽입되는 원적외선 반사판(51)을 개재하여 다수의 단일목판을 적층하여 형성되는 대판(16)과상기한 대판(16) 위에 배치되며, 복사체층(36)이 있고, 원적외선 방사기능이 있는 플레이트형 히이터장치와상기한 히이터장치 위에 설치되는 장식용시이트로구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부에 히이터가 내장된 바닥재.
- 제5항에 있어서 상기한 장식용시이트(42) 위에 형성되며 원적외선을 방사하는 수지층(11)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부에 히이터 내장된 바닥재.
- 제5항에 있어서 상기한 복사체층(36)은 직경이 큰 탄소(36A)와 직경이 작은 탄소(36B)와 수지(36C)로 구성되는 혼합물로 형성되며, 열팽창계수가 상기한 수지의 열팽창계수보다 큰 팽창재가 수지에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부에 히이터가 내장된 바닥재.
