Description
Claims (18)
- 윤활유 비점 범위의 탄화수소 공급물을 수소의 존재하에 204° 내지 427℃의 온도에서 중간 기공 크기를 갖는 압출된 입자 형태의 무바인더 제올라이트 탈랍촉매와 접촉시켜 촉매적으로 탈랍시키는데, 여기에서 온도는 탈랍 사이클동안 촉매의 에이징이 상쇄되도록 점차적으로 상승시키고, 무바인더 촉매의 에이징 속도는 알루미나 바인더와 배합된 동일 제올라이트로 구성된 탈랍 촉매의 에이징 속도보다 작음을 특징으로 하는 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무바인더 촉매의 에이징 속도가 35 중량%인 알루미나 바인더와 배합된 동일 제올라이트로 구성된 탈랍 촉매의 에이징 속도보다 느린 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 무바인더 탈랍 촉매가 ZSM-5, ZSM-11 및 ZSM-23중에서 선택된 중간 기공 크기를 갖는 압출된 입자형태의 제올라이트로 구성된 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무바인더 탈랍 촉매의 에이징 속도가 2.8℃/일 미만인 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급물의 초기 비점이 적어도 399℃인 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급물의 초기 비점이 적어도 399℃이고 1mmHg에서 50% 비점이 적어도 454℃이며 탈랍 촉매가 ZSM-5의 압축 입자로 구성된 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 343℃ 이상의 비점을 갖는 납 탄화수소 윤활유 공급원료를 수소의 존재하에 260° 내지 371℃의 온도에서 중간 기공 크기를 갖는 제올라이트 구성된 입자 형태의 탈랍 촉매 압출물과 접촉시켜 촉매적으로 탈랍시키는데, 여기에서 온도는 촉매의 탈랍 활성 및 선택성을 회복시키고 촉매가 에이징될 때 일정한 생성물 유동점을 유지시키도록 촉매의 연속적 회복처리 사이의 탈랍 사이클 과정동안에 점차적으로 상승시키며 중간 기공 크기를 갖는 젤올라이트로 구성된 입자형태의 무바인더 압출물을 탈랍 촉매로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 촉매적 탈랍방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 촉매의 에이징 속도가 2.8℃/일 미만인 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 공급물의 초기 비점이 적어도 399℃인 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 공급물의 초기 비점이 적어도 399℃이고 1mmHg에서 50% 비점이 적어도 454℃인 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 공급물중의 염기성 질소 함량이 적어도 100ppmw인 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 공급물이 적어도 35 중량%의 파라핀을 함유하는 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 중간 기공 크기를 갖는 제올라이트가 ZSM-5 인 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 탈랍 촉매가 수소화 활성을 갖는 금속 성분을 함유하는 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 탈랍 사이클이 동일 생성물 유동점에서 동일 공급 원료 및 탈랍 조건을 이용하여 알루미나 바인더와 배합된 동일 제올라이트로 구성된 탈랍 촉매로 얻을 수 있는 온도 이상의 사이클 종점 온도까지 계속되는 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 사이클 종점 온도가 알루미나-결합된 촉매를 사용하였을 때의 사이클 종점 온도보다 적어도 20℃ 높은 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 탈랍 공정의 온도가 동일 생성물 유동점에서 동일 공급 원료 및 탈랍 조건을 이용하는 알루미나 바인더와 배합된 동일 제올라이트로 구성된 탈랍 촉매에 필요한 속도보다 낮은 속도로 증가되는 촉매적 탈랍법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 공정을 예정된 LHSV에서 수행하고, 이 LHSV가 동일한 에이징 속도 및 동일 생성물 유동점에서 동일 공급 원료 및 탈랍 조건을 이용하여 알루미나 바인더와 배합된 제올라이트로 구성된 탈랍 촉매에서 달성할 수 있는 것보다 높은 촉매적 탈랍법.
