본 발명은 형광막을 균일하고 일정한 형태로 형성하여 도포 공정에 따른 불량을 감소함과 함께 노광공정에서 충분한 작업여유도를 갖게 하는 형광체 도포시 현탄액의 조성물에 관한 것으로, 형광체 원료, 감광성 고분자, 광가교제, 계면활성제, 분산제 및 순수를 혼합하여 판넬내명에 도포하는 형광체 현탄액에 있어서, 감광성 고분자가 PAD(Polyacrylamide-Diacetoneacrylamide) 또는 PVP(Polyviny Pyrrolidone)임을 특징으로 하는 칼라브라운관용 형광체 현탄액의 조성물에 관한 기술임.The present invention relates to a composition of a suspension liquid upon coating a phosphor to form a fluorescent film in a uniform and uniform form, thereby reducing defects caused by an application process and having sufficient working margin in an exposure process.
