Claims (6)
- 반응 영역중에 1,3-부타디엔 단량체; 유기코발트 화합물; 유기알루미늄 화합물; 파라-치환된 페놀; 디알킬 설폭사이드, 디아릴 설폭사이드 및 디알카릴 설폭사이드로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 분자량 조절제; 및 유기 용매를 연속적으로 첨가하고; 1,3-부타디엔 단량체를 상기 반응 영역중에서 중합시켜 트랜스-1,4-폴리부타디엔을 형성시키고; 상기 반응 영역으로부터 트랜스-1,4-폴리부타디엔을 연속적으로 제거함을 특징으로 하는, 연속 공정으로 트랜스-1,4-폴리부타디엔을 합성하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응 영역중으로 이황화 탄소를 연속적으로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반응 영역중의 1,3-부타디엔 단량체 및 유기 용매의 총중량을 기준으로, 반응 영역중의 1,3-부타디엔 단량체의 농도가 약 5% 내지 약 30%이고, 상기 반응 영역중의 온도가 약 20℃ 내지 약 125℃이고, 유기코발트 화합물의 양이 약 0.05phm 내지 약 0.3phm임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 파라-알킬 치환된 페놀과 유기알루미늄 화합물의 몰비가 약 2.25 내지 약 2.75이고, 상기 이황화 탄소와 유기코발트 화합물의 몰비가 약 0.1 내지 약 0.5이고, 상기 유기알루미늄 화합물과 유기코발트 화합물의 몰비가 약 2 내지 약 20이고, 상기 파라-알킬 치환된 페놀이 파라-도데실페놀임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 분자량 조절제가 디메틸 설폭사이드, 디에틸 설폭사이드, 디프로필 설폭사이드, 디부틸 설폭사이드, 및 디페닐 설폭사이드로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 설폭사이드 화합물과 유기코발트 화합물의 몰비가 약 0.1:1 내지 약 5:1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
