Description
Claims (10)
- (A)(1) 톨루엔과 (2)(i)(a) 황산 약 60 내지 약 90중량%, (b) 질산 약 1 내지 약 20중량% 및 (c) 물 5중량% 이상을 포함하는 무기물질 약 80 내지 약 100중량% 및 (ii) 니트로톨루엔 이성질체가 약 70중량% 이상인 유기 물질 0 내지 약 20중량%로 이루어진 니틀로화 산을, 질산 대 톨루엔의 몰비가 0.7:1 내지 1.2:1이 되는 양으로 연속적으로 작동하는 반으기 중에서 약 0 내지 약 140℃의 온도에서 단열 조건 하에 반응시키는 단계, (B) 단계 (A)의 반응 혼합물을 산상 및 모노니트로톨루엔을 함유하는 유기상으로 분리시키는 단계, (C) 단계 (B)에서 분리된 산상으로부터 물 5중량% 이상을 제거하는 단계, (D) 단계 (C)의 산상에 질산을 첨가하는 단계, (E) 단계 (D)의 산상을 재순환시키는 단계, (F) 단계 (B)의 유기상 중의 모노니트로톨루엔과 (i)(a) 황산 약 60 내지 약 90중량%, (b) 질산 약 1 내지 약 20중량% 및 (c) 물 5중량% 이상을 포함하는 무기 물질 약 80 내지 약 100중량% 및 (ii) 니트로톨루엔 이성질체가 약 70중량% 이상인 유기 물질 0 내지 약 20중량%로 이루어진 니트로화 산을, 질산 대 모노니트로톨루엔의 몰비가 0.7:1 내지 1.2:1이 되는 양으로 약 40 내지 약 180℃의 온도에서 단열 조건 하에 반응시키는 단계, (G) 단계 (F)의 반응 혼합물을 산상 및 디니트로톨루엔을 함유하는 유기상으로 분리시키는 단계, (H) 단계 (G)의 산상으로부터 물 5중량% 이상을 제거하는 단계 (I) 단계 (H)에서 생성된 증기에 모노니트로톨루엔을 첨가하는 단계, (J) 단계 (H)의 산상에 질산을 첨가하는 단계, (K) 단계 (J)의 산상을 단계 (F)가 수행되는 반응 용기로 재순환시키는 단계, 및 (L) 단계 (G)의 유기상으로부터 디니트로톨루엔을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 디니트로톨루엔 이성질체 혼합물의 연속 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (D)에서 50 내지 100중량% 농도를 갖는 질산을 가하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 물을 플래쉬 증발시켜 산상으로부터 제거하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (J)에서 50 내지 100중량% 농도를 갖는 질산을 가하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 물을 플래쉬 증발시켜 산상으로부터 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (J)에서 50 내지 100중량% 농도를 갖는 질산을 가하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 물을 플래쉬 증발시켜 산상으로부터 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (A)를 약 20 내지 약 140℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (F)를 약 40 내지 약 180℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (F)를 약 60 내지 약 170℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
