Abstract
본 발명이 탄소섬유 보강 도전성 압출 시멘트 복합재의 제조방법을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a carbon fiber reinforced conductive extruded cement composite.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 기술적 요지는 섬유보강 압출시멘트 복합재의 제조방법에 있어서, 중량비로, 0.1-0.15의 흑연분말을 함유한 시멘트 바인더에 탄소섬유 : 0.005-0.045, 압출조제: 0.005-0.02 및 수분: 0.3-0.4를 첨가하여 혼련한 후, 압출성형 다이의 개구비(배출부 면적/도입부 면적)를 0.1-0.4로 하여 압출성형한 다음, 양생시킴을 그 특징으로 하고 있으며, 이러한 본 발명에 따른 제조방법을 난방용 마루 또는 벽판넬등의 건축소재로 활용할 수 있는 탄소섬유 보강 도전성 압축시멘트 복합재를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.The technical gist of the present invention for achieving the above object is in the method of manufacturing a fiber-reinforced extruded cement composite material, in a weight ratio, a cement binder containing graphite powder of 0.1-0.15 carbon fiber: 0.005-0.045, extrusion aid: 0.005 -0.02 and water: after kneading with addition of 0.3-0.4, extrusion molding is performed with an opening ratio (outlet area / introduction area) of 0.1-0.4, followed by curing.
