Claims (6)
- 안쪽으로 향하여 볼록하게 이루어진 윗바닥형상을 바닥부에 갖는 내열성용기를 성형하는 방법에 있어서 사출 성형된 프리폼을 1차 블로우 캐비티형내에 1차 블로우 성형하여 최종 성형품인 상기 내열성 용기보다도 적어도 그 종축길이가 긴 1차 블로우 성형품을 성형하는 공정, 상기 1차 블로우 성형품을 열수축시키고, 이 열수축된 1차 블로우 성형품의 바닥 부 중심까지의 종축길이를, 상기 최종성형품인 용기의 상기 윗 바닥 꼭대기까지의 길이 보다도 길게 하는 공정, 열수축된 1차 블로우 성형품을 종축방향으로 이동가능한 바닥형을 갖는 2차 블로우 캐비티형내로 배치하고, 상기 바닥형을 종축방향으로 이동시키고 열 수축된 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 바닥부의 적어도 중심영역을 안쪽으로 향하여 볼록하게 이루어진 형상으로 가공하는 공정, 그후 상기 2차 블오우 캐비티형내에 열 수축된 상기 1차 블로우 성형품을 성형하여 상기 내열성 용기를 얻는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성용기의 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열 수축공정에서는 종축방향의 수축을 규제하는 로드를 상기 1차 블로우 성형품내에 삽입하고, 그 로드선단을 열 수축된 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 바닥부 내벽에 접촉시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 용기의 성형방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 1차 블로우 성형전에 프리폼의 표면온도를 85℃ 이상 100℃ 이하가 되도록 온도조절하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성용기의 성형방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1차 블로우 캐비티형은 가열수단을 내장하고 차 블로우 성형품을 70℃ 이상 80℃ 이하의 온도로 온도조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성용기의 성형방법.
- 내열성용기를 성형하는 방법에 있어서, 사출성형된 프리폼을 1차 블로우 캐비티형내에 1차 블로우 성형하여, 최종 성형품인 상기 내열성 용기보다도 적어도 그 종축길이가 길고, 몸통부의 연신율과 비교하여 낮은 연신율의 저연신영역을 갖는 1차 블로우 성형품을 성형하는 공정, 상기 1차 블로우 성형품을 열수축시킨 공정, 열수축된 1차 블로우 성형품의 바닥부중, 상기 저연신영역을 냉각하는 공정, 2차 블로우 캐비티형 내에 열수축된 또 상기 저연신영역이 냉각된 상기 1차 블로우성형품을 2차 블로우 성형하고 상기 1차 블로우 성형품에 형성된 상기 저연신영역의 확대가 적은 바닥부를 갖는 상기 내열성용기를 성형하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성용기의 성형방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 저연신영역의 냉각공정은 열수축된 1차 블로우성형품을 종축방향으로 이동가능한 바닥형을 갖는 2차 블로우 캐비티형내에 배치하고, 상기 바닥형를 종축방향으로 이동시키고, 열수축된 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 바닥부가 적어도 상기 저연신영역을 안쪽으로 향하게 볼록해진 형상으로 가공하고, 상기 저연신영역을 2차 블로우 성형개시전에 상기 바닥형과 소정시간 접촉시켜 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성용기의 성형방법
