Claims (2)
- 수동연료드로틀 제어장치(24), 연료드로틀 제어엔진(14), 다단속변변경 기계변속기(12), 엔진과 변속기 사이에 배설된 마찰마스터 클러치(16) 중심위치에서 제1방향으로 이동하여 엄시프트를 선택하고, 상기 중심위치에서 제2방향으로 이동하여 현재 맞물린 기어비에서 다운시프트를 선택하는 수동작동 시프트 선택레버 변속 입력축 회전속도, 차량속도 엔진속도 현재 맞물림비 상기 시프트 선택 레버의 작동을 나타내는 입력을 수신하고 소정의 법칙에 따라 이를 처리하여 명령출력 신호를 클러치 액츄에이터(30) 연료드로틀 제어 오퍼레이터(26) 및 변속 오퍼레이터(34)를 구비한 비수동 제어 오퍼레이터에 발생시키고, 상기 중심 위치에서 소정이 시간 주기내에서 운동방향 및 다수의 상기 레버의 변위를 포함하는 상기 수동시프트 선택 레버의 작동을 감지하는 중앙처리장치(38)를 구비한 반자동기계 변경기어 변속장치(10)를 제어하는 방법은 제1작동 모우드에서, 소정의 방향으로 하나의 부가적인 연속비의 오퍼레이터 선택을 나타내는 방향으로 상기 시프트선을 레버의 중심위치에서 변위를 반복해서 오퍼레이터가 선택한 변속기어비를 현재 맞물린비에서 직접 시프트 하도록 결정하는 단계와; 차량가속도가 소정의 차량속도 기준값 보다 크고, 엔진속도가 소정의 엔진속도 기준값 보다 작은 경우, 작동의 제2모우드에서 작동을 자동적으로 선택하되 제2방향으로 중심위치로부터 상기 시프트 선택 레버의 단일 변위가 최적 풀어웨어 변속기로의 직접 다운 시프트의 오퍼레이터 선택으로 해석되는 단계를 구비한 것에 있어서, 드로틀 위치가 기준값 이하이면, 시프트완료후 기대차량 속도에서 소정의 최대 허용엔진속도와 엔진이 피크 토오크속도 간의 중간의 엔진속도가 되는 변속비로 최적 풀-어웨이 비를 선택하는 단계와; 드로틀 위치가 상기 기준값 보다 크면, 시프트 완료후 기대차량 속도에서 소정의 최대 허용 가능한 엔진속도와 엔진이 피크 토오크 속도간의 중간엔진속도로 엔진이 회전되는 변속비 이하의 비로 회전 풀-어웨이 비를 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 제어방법.
