Abstract
70중량% 이상의 WC, 약 2 내지 약 15중량%의 철족 금속 결합제, 및 선택적으로 약 15중량%까지의 주기율표의 IVb족, Vb족 및 VIb족의 금속들의 하나 이상의 탄화물, 질화물 및 침탄질화물을 구비하는 턴스텐계 초경합금 재료 제조용의 소결가능한 분말 혼합물에 있어서, 약 1 내지 8중량%의 Ta(Nb)산화물과, 대략 반응식 Ta(Nb)2O5+7C→2Ta(Nb)C+5CO를 만족시키기 위해 필요한 화학량론적 양의 분말화된 원소 탄소를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결가능한 분말 혼합물이 개시된다.

Claims (9)
- 70중량% 이상의 WC, 약 2 내지 약 15중량%의 철족 금속 결합제, 및 선택적으로 약 15중량%까지의 주기율표의 IVb족, Vb족 및 VIb족의 금속들의 하나 이상의 탄화물, 질화물 및 침탄질화물을 구비하는 턴스텐계 초경합금 재료 제조용의 소결가능한 분말 혼합물에 있어서, 약 1 내지 8중량%의 Ta(Nb)산화물과, 대략 반응식 Ta(Nb)2O5+7C →2Ta(Nb)C+5CO 를 만족시키기 위해 필요한 화학량론적 양의 분말화된 원소 탄소를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결가능한 분말 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 6 내지 8중량%의 코발트 결합제와, 약 1 내지 3중량%의 Ta(Nb) 산화물과, 제1항에 한정된 바와 같이 대응하는 양의 분말화된 원소 탄소와, 잔부를 이루는 WC로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결가능한 분말 혼합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 약 2.3중량%의 Ta(Nb) 산화물과, 약 0.4중량%의 탄소 분말과, 약 8중량%의 코발트 결합제와, 잔부를 이루는 WC를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결가능한 분말 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 90중량%의 WC와, 약 6중량%의 Co와, 약 2.65중량%의 TiC와, 약 1.3중량%의 Ta(Nb)2O5와, 약 0.18중량%의 원소 탄소를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결가능한 분말 혼합물.
- 제1항에 따른 분말 혼합물을 소결합으로써 얻어진 텅스텐계 초경합금 제품.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 따른 분말 혼합물을 소결함으로써 얻어진, 제5항에 따른 스트레이트 초경합금 제품.
- 제4항에 따른 분말 혼합물을 소결합으로써 얻어진, 제5항에 따른 복합 초경합금 제품.
- 금속 절삭 삽입체인, 제5항에 따른 초경합금 제품.
- 명세서에 기술되고 예시된 것과 사실상 같은, 텅스텐계 초경합금 재료 제조용의 소결가능한 분말 혼합물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
