Abstract

본 발명은 취반기의 취반 가변 제어방법에 관한 것으로서, 이는 취반공정을 표준공정과 사용자 정의 공정으로 나누어 현재 산지별 특성이 다른 취반미 또는 사용자의 취향에 맞게 대응하여 사용자 정의 공정을 통해 취반 중 가장 중요한 흡수공정의 시간과 뜸공정의 시간을 가변적으로 선택할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명은 키이입력수단으로부터 입력된 취반공정이 사용자 정의 공정인가를 검색하는 취반검색과정과, 상기 검색한 결과 사용자 정의 공정이면 메뉴에 따라 설정된 시간에 키이입력수단으로부터 얻어진 사용자의 가변시간을 더하여 그 시간동안 일정온도로 쌀을 불리는 흡수공정과, 상기 흡수시간이 경과하면 메뉴별, 분량별에 따라 설정된 가열시간 및 비등시간 동안 가열하여 쌀에 침수한 수분을 흡수시키는 가열/비등공정과, 상기 비등시간이 경과하면 메뉴에 따라 설정된 시간에 사용자의 가변시간을 더하여 그 시간동안 뜸을 들이는 뜸공정으로 이루어짐으로서 달성된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 키이입력수단으로부터 입력된 취반공정이 사용자 정의 공정인가를 검색하는 취반검색과정과, 상기 검색한 결과 사용자 정의 공정이면 취반 종류에 다라 설정된 시간에 키이입력수단으로부터 얻어진 사용자의 가변시간을 더하여 그 시간동안 일정온도로 쌀을 불리는 흡수공정과, 상기 흡수시간이 경과하면 취반종류별, 분량별에 따라 설정된 가열시간 및 비등시간 동안 가열부를 통해 가열용기를 가열하여 쌀에 침수한 수분을 흡수시키는 가열/비등공정과, 상기 비등시간이 경과하면 취반종류에 따라 설정된 시간에 사용자의 가변시간을 더하여 그 시간동안 뜸을 들이는 뜸공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 취반기의 취반 가변 제어방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 흡수공정은 흡수온도를 가변하는 것을 특징으로 한 취반기의 취반 가변 제어방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 사용자의 가변시간 입력시 그 시간상태를 표시하여 주는 가변시간 표시과정을 더 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 취반기의 취반 가변 제어방법.
