Claims (1)
- 정압기 본체(1) 내부의 가스압력에 의하여 피스톤식밸브(4)가 승강하면서 개폐작용을 하며, 피스톤식밸브(4)에 측정봉(9)이 고정되어 정압기 외부로 돌출된 통상의 정압기에 있어서, 정압기본체(1) 상부에 포텐시오미터(12)를 설치하여 이 포텐시오미터(12)의 회전축(13)에 철선(15)이 권회된 권취드럼(16)을 고정하고, 철선(15)의 끝부분을 측정봉(9)의 상단부에 고정된 고정간(17)에 연결하여 측정봉(9)의 승강에 따라 회전하는 포텐시오미터(12)의 회전축(13)의 회전변위를 전기적신호로 변환시켜 포텐시오미터(12)에 연결된 디지탈계기(18)에 의하여 가스유량을 표시하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로하는 가스공급유량 측정장치,
