감쇄파 홀로그램소자는 판형으로 이루어져 있고, 그 저면이 기판 상에 결합되며 그 상부에는 소정의 무늬가 형성되어 있다. 입사되는 기준파는 전반사되도록 상기 판형의 범선 방향에 대하여 소정 각도를 이루고 있다. 이 경우 상부에서 입사된 물체파는 감쇄파를 생성하여 상기 판형을 따라 출사되도록 한다. 또한, 광원에서 측면으로 입사된 광은 홀로그램소자에 상부방향으로 출사광을 생성한다. 상기 무늬에 의하여 이 출사광은 소정 각도 회절시킬 수 있다. 이러한 감쇄파 홀로그램소자의 특성을 이용하여 동일 기판 상에 이 감쇄파 홀로그램소자와, 광원 및 광검출기를 구비하여 단일 칩으로 제작이 가능하다. 또한, 상기 광검출기는 어레이 구조로 되어 있어, 측면에서 반사광을 수광한다. 따라서, 상기 광원의 열을 효율적으로 식힐 수 있고, 조립공수 및 단가절감과 제품의 박형화가 가능하다.The attenuation wave hologram element has a plate shape, and its bottom surface is coupled on a substrate, and a predetermined pattern is formed on the top thereof. In addition, the photodetector has an array structure, and receives the reflected light from the side surface. Therefore, the heat of the light source can be efficiently cooled, and the assembly labor and unit cost can be reduced, and the product can be thinned.
