본 고안은 수동작동방식으로 유체의 관내통로를 개폐하는 일방향 밸브의 밸브코어에 관한 것이다.
종래의 일방향밸브는 코어보디의 상부와 하부가 분리조립되고 탄력스프링이 내부공간에 내장되어 있어서 구조가 복잡하고 밸브로드 하단의 밸브패킹이 평면상으로 되어서 밸브보디 하단구연과 접합유지가 불완전하여 완전한 기밀유지를 보장할 수 없었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 코어보디의 구조를 일체형으로 간단하게 하여 제작을 용이하게하고 밸브패킹을 원추상으로 하여 정확한 중심을 용이하게 찾아서 코어보디의 아알면과 패킹의 테이퍼면과의 접합을 완벽하게 하여 기밀유지에 만전을 기한 것으로서 이하 본 고안을 첨부도면에 의하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안의 구성은 코어보디(1) 내에 패킹(3)이 하단에 착설된 밸브로드(2)를 삽통하여 탄력스프링(4)으로 탄지한 밸브코어에 있어서 코어보디(1)를 일체로 형성하고 코어보디(1)내로 삽통한 밸브로드(2)하단에 테이퍼면(3-1)이 형성된 원추상패킹(3)을 착설하여 코어보디(1)하단에 형성된 아알면(1-1)과 당접되게하고 코어보디(1)외벽 상단에 경사지게 단설된 환턱(7)의 환모서리(1-4)가 기밀용기(9)에 형성된 환상홈(10)에 당접되게 하고 하단에 나사(8)를 형성하며 중간에 환상홈(6)을 요설하여 o링(5)을 감착함을 특징으로 하는 밸브코어이다.
미설명 부호 1-2는 유입구 1-3은 배출구 2-1은 밸브로드 두부 2-2는 밸브로드 턱이다.
본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안의 코어보디(1)는 금속제이고 종래의 조립식 코어보디와는 구조가 상이하고 간단하며 제작이 용이하고 유체가 직선적으로 흐르므로서 압력의 손실이 적고 밸브로드(2)의 상승하강에 따른 패킹 접합이 정확하여 구조적으로 완전 폐쇄가 용이하며 기밀용기의 기밀을 유지할 수 있다.
본 고안은 밸브로드(2)가 탄력스프링(4)에 탄지되어 유입구(1-2)와 배출구(1-3)가 폐쇄된 상태에서 기밀용기와 연결되어 있는 밸브스탭내부에 장치하고 밸브로드두부(2-1)를 누르면 밸브로드(2)가 하강하므로서 패킹(3)의 테이퍼면(3-1)과 코어보디(1)의 하단의 아알면(1-1)의 접합이 괴리되어 배출구(1-3)가 개방되므로 기체 또는 액체가 유입구(1-2)로부터 유입되어 배출구(1-3)를 통하여 기밀용기에 유입된다.
기밀용기에 유입이 끝나서 밸브로드두부(2-1)에서 손을 떼면 탄력스프링(4)의 탄력에 의하여 밸브로드(2)가 상승됨에 따라 패킹(3)이 상승하여 패킹(3)의 테퍼면(2-1)이 코더보디(1)의 하단의 아알면(1-1)에 당접되어 접합되므로 배출구(1-3)가 완전 폐쇄되어 기밀용기의 기밀이 유지되며 코어보디(1)의 외벽상단의 환턱(7)의 환모서리(1-4)가 기밀용기(9)의 환상홈(10)에 완전하게 밀착이 되므로 o링의 기능이 상실 되여도 기밀유지가 가능하다.
이와 같이 본 고안은 코어보디의 구조를 일체화하여 제작을 용이하게하고 기밀유지에 만전을 기한 것으로서 특히 지구 오존층 파괴의 주범으로 알려진 냉매의 대체 신냉매인 HFC-134a를 사용하는 자동차나 에어콘 시스템의 저압부와 고압부에 장착하여 냉매회로의 진공인가 및 냉매충진을 용이하게하고 밸브쪽으로 냉매가스 누설방지를 강화하여 환경오염을 극소화하는데 매우 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 코어보디(1) 내에 패킹(3)이 하단에 착설된 밸브로드(2)를 삽통하여 탄력스프링(4)으로 탄지한 밸브코어에 있어서 코어보디(1)를 일체로 형성하고 코어보디(1)내로 삽통한 밸브로드(2)하단에 데이퍼면(3-1)이 형성된 원추상패킹(3)을 착설하여 코어보디(1) 하단에 형성된 아알면(1-1)과 당접되게하고 코어보디(1) 외벽상단에 경사지게 환턱(7)에 환모서리(1-4)을 환설하고 하단에 나사(8)를 형성하며 중간에 환상홈(6)을 요설하여 o링(5)을 감착함을 특징으로 하는 밸브코어.
