Abstract

자외선 차단특성과 함께 내구성, 내화학성, 열선차단기능 및 광의 투과와 반사특성등이 향상된 자외선 차단 유리 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다.
본 발명에 의한 자외선 차단유리는 유리기판상(20)에 산화아연(22)과 표면보호층(24)이 차례로 형성되어 있다. 상기 유리기판과 산화아연층 사이에 광반사를 위한 광흡수층이 형성될 수 있다.
또한 본 발명에 의한 자외선 차단유리의 제조방법은 유리기판(20)을 스퍼터링 장치의 코팅실에 넣은 후 지공을 형서하는 단계; 및 산화 분위기 하에서 아연타켓을 스퍼터링하여 상기 유리기판(20)상에 산화아연층(22)을 형성하는 단계를 구비하여 이루어진다.

Claims (20)

  1. 유리기판상(20)에 산화아연층(22)과 표면보호층(24)이 차례로 형성되어 이루어진 자외선 차단유리.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리기판(20)과 산화아연층(22) 사이에 광흡수층(26)이 더욱 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리기판(20)과 산화아연층(22) 사이에 광투과성 산화물층928)이 더욱 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면보호층(24)은 산화물로 형성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 산화물은 SiO2, SnO2, Nb2O3, Al2O3으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되어진 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면보호층(24)은 질화물로 형성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 질화물은 Si3N4, 또는 AlN인 것임을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리.
  8. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면보호층(24)은 열선차단성을 갖는 전도성 물질로 형성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 물질은 인듐-주석 산화물, 안티몬 또는 불소가 미량 함유되어 있는 산화주석 및 알루미늄이 미량 포함된 산화아연으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되어진 어느 하나인 것임을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광흡수층(26)은 알루미늄(Al), 구리(Cu), 크롬(Cr), 스테인레스 스틸(SST), 니오비움(Nb), 은(Ag), 질화티타늄(TiNX), 질화니오비움(NbNX), 질화스테인레스 스틸(SSt NX), 질화크롬(CrNx)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되어진 어느 하나인 것임을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리.
  11. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 산화물층(28)은 알루미늄 산화물, 구리산화물, 크롬산화물, 티타늄산화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되어진 어느 하나인 것임을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리.
  12. 유리기판(20)상에 광흡수층(26)과 산화아연층(22)이 차례로 형성되어 이루어진 자외선 차단유리.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 광흡수층(26)은 알루미늄(Al), 구리(Cu), 크롬(Cr), 스테인레스 스틸(SST), 니오비움(Nb), 은(Ag), 질화티타늄(TiNX), 질화니오비움(NbNX), 질화스테인레스 스틸(SSt NX), 질화크롬(CrNx)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되어진 어느 하나인 것임을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 광흡수층(26)이 산화물층으로 산화되어 광투과되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리.
  15. 유리기판(20)을 스퍼터링 장치의 코팅실에 넣은 후 진공을 형성하는 단계; 및 산화분위기 하에서 아연타켓을 스퍼터링하여 상기 유리기판(20)상에 산화아연층(22)을 형성하는 단계를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리의 제조방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 산화아연층(22)을 형성하는 단계 후에 연속하여 상기 산화아연층(22)상에 스퍼터링에 의하여 표면보호층(24)을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리의 제조방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 산화아연층(22)을 형성하는 단계 전에 상기 유리기판(20)상에 스퍼터링에 의하여 광흡수층(26)을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리의 제조방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 광흡수층(26)을 형성하는 단계 후의 열처리하여 상기 광흡수층(26)을 산화물층(28)으로 산화시키는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리의 제조방법.
  19. 제16항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면보호층(24)은 산소분위기하에서 산화물로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리의 제조방법.
  20. 제16항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면보호층(24)은 질소분위기하에서 산화물로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차단유리의 제조방법.
