Abstract

본 발명은 산업용 또는 일반가정용의 폐수를 처리하기 위한 원심분리장치에 대한 것으로 이를 위한 특징적인 구성으로는 좌, 우 양측끝단이 각각의 베어링축받이에 지지되면서, 그 각자의 축심으로 부터 측편으로 통한 유입구및 유출구가 형성되고, 중앙부분에는 다수의 나선핀이 형성된 나선축과, 상기한 양측 끝단에 연결된 각각의 유입측파이프와 유출측파이프를 밀폐유지토록 연결하기위한 수밀기구와, 상기한 나선축에 동력을 전달받기 위해 그 일측 외단에 축삽된 V벨트휠과, 상기한 다수의 나선핀외경에 외통을 갑합시키되 나선핀의 사이사이가 유도홈이 되도록 하고, 그 좌, 우양측은 나선축을 중앙에 위치시킨채 외통에 부착된 측면판부재로 형성된 회전원통과, 상기한 유출구쪽 측면판부재에 형성된 슬러지토출구와, 그 주위를 둘러싼 커버및 배출파이프로 이루어진 배출수단과, 상기한 유입구쪽 측면판부재의 외측에 부착하여 회전력을 전달받기 위한 V벨트휠로 구성하여 나선축과 회전원통의 회전수를 달리하여 폐수가 나선핀사이의 유도홈을 따라 이동하는 과정에서 원심력에 의해 물로부터 분리된 슬러지를 회전원통의 내벽면에 붙지 않고 배출될 수 있도록 하는데 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 좌, 우 양측 끝단(32a)(32b)이 각각의 축받침(31a)(31b)에 지지되면서, 그 각자의 축심으로 부터 측편으로 통한 유입구(33)및 유출구(34)가 형성되고, 중앙부분에는 다수의 나선핀(35)이 형성된 나선축(30)과; 상기 한 양측 끝단(32a)(32b)에 연결된 각각의 유입측파이프(10a)와 유출측파이프(10b)를 밀폐유지토록 연결하기 위한 수밀기구(11a)(11b)와; 상기한 나선축(30)에 동력을 전달받기 위해 그 일측 외단에 축삽된 V벨트휠(14)과; 상기한 다수의 나선핀(35)외경에 외통(37)을 감합시키되 나선핀의 사이사이가 유도홈(36)이 되도록 하고, 그 좌, 우양측은 나선축을 중앙에 위치시킨채 외통(37)에 부착된 측면판부재(38a)(38b)로 형성된 회전원통(39)과; 상기한 유출구쪽 측면판부재(38b)에 형성된 슬러지토출구(51)와, 그주위를 둘러싼 커버(52)및 배출파이프(53)로 이루어진 배출수단(50)과; 상기한 유입구쪽 측면판부재(38a)의 외측에 부착하여 회전력을 전달받기 위한 V벨트휠(12)과;로 구성하여 나선축과 회전원통의 회전수를 달리하여 폐수가 나선핀사이의 유도홈을 따라 이동하는 과정에서 원심력에 의해 물로부터 분리된 슬러지를 회전원통의 내벽면에 붙지 않고 배출될 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리용 원심분리장치.
