Claims (14)
- 포리에스테르와 열가소성 수지를 함유하는 수지조성물로 이루어지는 쉬트를 적어도 1축으로 연신함으로써 얻어지며, 상기 폴리에스테르로 이루어지는 필름기재, 이 필름기재중에 분산된 상기 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 미립자와, 이 미립자의 주위에 형성된 미세한 공동을 가지는 공동함유 폴리에스테르계 필름에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리스티렌계 수지, 폴리올레핀계 수지, 폴리아미드계 수지, 폴리아크릴계 수지, 셀룰로우스계 수지, 석유 수지, 합성고무, 천연고무, 폴리카보네이트 수지, 폴리술폰계 수지, 폴리아크릴레이트계 수지, 및 폴리에테르계수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나이며, 필름의 그 표층의 두께 3㎛까지의 공동률이 4체적% 이하이고, 필름의 평균공동률이 8체적% 이상 50체적% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 공동함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표층의 공동률이 0∼3체적%인 것을 특징으로 하는 공동함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필름의 평균공동률이 8∼30체적%인 것을 특징으로 하는 공동함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표층의 두께가 4∼30㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 공동함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미립자는 상기 쉬트의 연신방향으로 길게 형성되고, 상기 미립자의 장축직경이 1∼50㎛, 두께가 10㎛ 이하, 장축직경과 두께의 비가 2∼100인 것을 특징으로 하는 공동함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 미립자의 장축직경이 3∼40㎛, 두께가 1∼7㎛, 장축직경과 두께의 비가 3∼30인 것을 특징으로 하는 공동함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표층내에 존재하는 미립자의 입자직경이 내층내에 존재하는 미립자의 입자직경에 비하여 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 공동함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지의 상기 수지조성물에 대한 함유비율이 1∼40중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 공동함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지의 상기 수지조성물에 대한 함유비율이 5∼30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 공동함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 n-헥산 추출분이 5.0중량% 이하인 폴리스티렌계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 공동함유 폴리에스테르계 필름
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르가 에틸렌 글리콜과 테레프탈산 또는 그 유도체를 반응시켜서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공동함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항의 공동함유 폴리에스테르계 필름의 적어도 한쪽 편면에 표면층이 설치되어 있으며, 상기 표면층은 그 처리면에 수지용액을 도포하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 활성에너지 조사처리가 코로나 방전처리, 자외선 조사처리, 플라즈마처리, 및 전자선 조사처리로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선정된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항의 공동함유 폴리에스테르계 필름의 적어도 한쪽의 편면에 표면층이 설치되어 있으며, 상기 필름의 표면은 활성에너지 조사처리가 실시되어 그 처리면의 물과의 접촉각이 90°이하이고, 상기 표면층은 상기 필름의 상기 처리면에 수지용액을 도포하여 형성되고, 상기 표면층이 설치된 필름이 또 1축 연신 또는 2축 연신되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
