Claims (5)
- 암모니아 함유 폐가스를 촉매가 충전된 반응기에 공급하고, 그 촉매의 존재하에 산화 분해하여 무해화 하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 반응기의 출구로 부터 배출되는 질소 산화물 함유 가스의 일부를 재순환시켜 원처리가스와 혼합하고, 재차 상기 반응기에 도입하여 처리함을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 함유 폐가스의 무해와 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원처리가스와 500ppm 이상의 암모니아를 함유한 폐가스임을 특징으로 하는 무해화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 반응기에 충전하는 촉매로서 Ti를 함유하는 산화물인 촉매 A 성분과, 바나듐, 텅스텐 및 몰리브덴으로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종류의 금속의 산화물인 촉매 B 성분과, 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 루테늄, 이리듐, 크롬, 망간, 철 및 구리로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종류의 금속 또는 그 산화물인 촉매 C 성분을 함유하는 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 무해화 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 촉매 A 성분으로서 Ti 및 Si를 함유하는 이원계 복합 산화물, Ti 및 Zr을 함유하는 이원계 복합 산화물, 및 Ti, Si 및 Zr을 함유하는 삼원계 복합 산화물로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종류의 복합 산화물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 무해화 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기의 출구로 부터 배출되는 질소 산화물 함유 가스의 일부를 재순환시켜 원처리가스와 혼합하고, 재차 상기 반응기에 도입함에 있어서 질소 산화물 함유 가스량이 원처리가스량의 1 내지 100배가 되도록 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 무해화 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
