본 발명에 따른 계층구조의 도로교통 통신망구조는 제1계층및 제2계층도로교통정보 통신망중 하나 이상이 여러개의 교통정보 통신기기들이 공유할 수 있는 유선 또는 무선의 통신선로를 가짐으로써, 전 지역의 교통신호제어장치들을 계층구조의 교통신호정보 데이타 통신망으로 연결함으로써 종합적이고, 신속하고, 정확한 교통상황 감시 및 효율적인 제어가 가능해진다. 또한, 공통선로를 사용할 수 있도록 제안된 통신망 프로토콜은 종합적인 교통관제를 위한 통신 목적을 효과적으로 만족하는 동시에 경제적인 교통신호정보 데이터통신망 처리장치를 간단하고 경제적으로 만들수 있다.In the hierarchical road traffic communication network structure according to the present invention, at least one of the first and second layer road traffic information communication networks has a wired or wireless communication line that can be shared by several traffic information communication devices, and thus, the entire area.
