Claims (13)
- 불활성 포로겐내에 최소한 하나의 단량체를 용해시켜 용액을 형성하는 단계, 용액과 양립할 수 없는 상내에 용액을 현탁시키는 단계, 그 용액 및 상을 교반하여 상내에 현탁된 용액의 복수개의 소적을 형성하는 단계, 복수개의 소적내에 최소한 하나의 단량체를 활성화시켜서 적어도 하나의 모노머를 중합하고 포로겐의 제거시 실질적으로 붕괴되지 않는 다공 망상구조내에 포로겐을 보유한 다공 망상조직을 가진 다공성 비이드를 형성하는 단계, 상으로부터 다공중합체 비이드를 분리하는 단계, 다공중합체 비이드로부터 불순물을 제거하는 단계, 및 전달부형제를 형성하기 위한 활성성분으로서 다공 망상구조내에 포로겐을 보유하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 탈형을 제어함으로써 활성성분을 전달하기에 유용한 타임릴리이즈 전달부형제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 단량체가 다공성 비이드를 형성하도록 가교결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한쌍의 공단량체가 비이드를 형성하도록 공중합되고, 상기 공중합체 쌍은 스티렌과 디비닐벤젠 및 메틸메타크릴레이트와 에틸렌글리콜 디메틸메타크릴레이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포로겐이 광물유인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 비이드가 약 10 내지 100미크론의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 비이드가 약 10%를 초과한 계산치 가교결합밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전달부형제는 다공 망상구조내에 보유된 활성성분을 갖는 다공 망상구조로 된 다공성 중합체 비이드로 구성되고, 상기 다공 망상구조는 활성성분을 제거할 때 실제로 붕괴되지 않는 것으로서, 상기 전달부형제를 매체와 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계, 그 혼합물을 표면에 적용시키는 단계, 및 다공 망상구조로부터 활성성분을 탈형하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 제어타임 릴리이즈에 의해서 활성성분을 전달하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 전달부형제가 약 10 내지 100미크론의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 활성성분이 전달부형제의 전중량의 약 5 내지 60%의 범위로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 활성성분이, 압력, 확산, 또는 휘발에 의해서 탈형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 활성성분이 담체 및 시약으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 활성성분이 다공 망상구조로부터 점차적으로 그리고 연속적으로 탈형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전달부형제는 다공 망상구조내에 보유된 활성성분을 갖는 다공 망상구조로 된 다공성 중합체 비이드로 구성되고, 활성성분이 비이드를 습윤되도록 충분한 시간동안 용해될 수 있는 용매내에 비이드를 넣을때 실제로 모든 활성성분이 다공 망상구조로부터 탈형될 수 있도록 상기 전달부형제가 계산치 가교결합밀도와 활성성분 농도를 갖는 것으로서, 상기 전달부형제와 매체를 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계, 이 혼합물을 표면에 적용시키는 단계, 및 다공 망상구조로부터 활성성분을 탈형하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 제어타임 릴리이즈에 의해서 활성성분을 전달하기 위한 방법.
