Claims (6)
- 적어도 그 옆에 배치되어 있는 볼베어링을 보유하며, 적어도 쉘(10,11)사이에서 정면에 배치되어 있는 밀폐링(15,16)과 함께 서로 뒤섞요 배치되어 있는 쉘(1,2)을 가지는데, 그 사이에 클램프코스(10,11)를 향해 용수철을 단 클램프롤러(4)와 볼트랙(5,6)에서 굴러 내리는 볼(3)이 배치되어 있고, 이때 볼(3)이 림링(8)을 보유하는 볼케이지(7)속에 그리고 클램프롤러(4)는 림링(13)을 보유하는 롤러 케이지(12)속에 수용되어 있는 핀치로울프리휠에 있어서, 적어도 밀폐링(15,16)의 밀폐립(17,18)이 림링(8,13)에 축방향으로 겹쳐지는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀치로울프리휠.
- 적어도 그 옆에 배치되어 있는 볼배어링을 보유하며 적어도 쉘(10,11)사이에서 정면에 배치되어 있는 밀폐링(15,16)과 함께 서로 뒤섞여 배치되어 있는 쉘(1,2)을 가지는데, 그 사이에 클램프코스(10,11)를 향해 용수철을 단 클램프롤러(4)와 볼트랙(5,6)에서 굴러 내리는 볼(3)이 배치되어 있고, 이때 볼(3)이 림링(8)을 보유하는 볼케이지(7)속에 그리고 클램프롤러(4)는 림링(13)을 보유하는 롤러 케이지(12)속에 수용되어 있는 핀치로울프리휠에 있어서, 밀폐링이 림링(8,13)에 일체형으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀치로울프리휠.
- 제2항에 있어서, 축방향으로 향해있는, 적어도 밀폐립(28)을 보유하는 밀폐링(13)의 섹숀(1,2)에 정면으로 겹쳐지는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀치로울프리휠.
- 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 쉘(1,2)그리고 거기에 형성된 클램프코스(10,11)가 끊김 없는 제작방법. 특히 디이프드로오잉 방법에서 제작되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀치로울프리휠.
- 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 쉘(1,2)에 있어서 고정에 따른 연결부분에 핀치로울프리휠의 올바른 위치의 고정을 위해 연결플랜지(32)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀치로울프리휠.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀폐링(15,16)이 림링(8,13)을 향해 있는 그 정면이 케이지(7,12)를 위해 정지면(25)으로 형성되어 있는 보강링(22,23)을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀치로울프리휠.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
