Claims (31)
- 연소실을 이용하고, 입자유동상을 가지며, 입자분리기가 연소실의 상부에 있는 배출구에 연결되고, 귀환덕트의 상부는 입자분리에 연결되고 하부가 연소실에 연결되며 입구가 연소실과 출구가 입자분리기와 통하는 순환 유동상 반응기 시스템을 구동시키는 방법에 있어서, (a)연도가스 및 거기에 포함된 고체입자를 포함하는 입자 현탁물이 연소실에서 상향 유동을 야기하도록 연소실에 고체입자의 고속 유동상을 설정하고, (b) 개스 및 입자현탁물과 분리된 고체입자를 수집하며, (c) 수집된 고체입자를 귀환덕트로 향하게 하고, (d) 귀환덕트에 고체입자상을 설정하며, (e) 이송개스를 귀환덕트에 도입하여 입자를 상에서 입구를 통하여 연소실로 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입구가 귀환덕트에서 연소실로 직접 열려있는 두개이상의 과부과된 개구부를 포함하며, 상기 (d)단계는 입자상이 입구의 수준이상인 것을 실제적으로 보장하며, 상기 (e)단계가 입자를 상에서 연소실로 직접 도입되도록 실행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자의 상이 이송 및 열전도 구역으로 분리되며, 상기 (e)단계가 입자를 이송구역에서 열전도 구역으로 그리고 거기에서 입구를 통하여 연소실로 이송하도록 실행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (e)단계가 귀환덕트에 〈0.5m/s의 속도로 이송개스를 도입하므로서 실행되어 귀환덕트의 최소한 일부에 서서히 거품이 생성되는 유동상을 설정하도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (e)단계가 최소한 일부의 이송개스를 수평방향으로 상에 도입하므로서 실행되어 상입자가 입구를 향하여 이동하도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (e)단계에서 귀환덕트로 도입되는 이송개스의 양을 조절함으로서 귀환덕트에 고체입자상의 상부면 수준을 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상부면의 실제적이고도 최적의 수준이 포함되도록 선택되는 상의 상부면 아래의 제1의 미리 조절된 수준과 상의 상부면 위의 제2의 미리 조절된 수준사이의 귀환덕트에서의 압력차를 측정하고, (e)단계에서 제1수준과 제2수준 사이의 압력차에 응답하여 이송개스의 도입을 조절하므로서 고체입자상의 상부면 수준을 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 귀환덕트의 열전도구역에 있는 고체입자상과 관련된 열전도부로 열전도액을 순환시키므로서 시스템으로부터 열을 회수하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 귀환덕트에 설치된 증발기 또는 과열기를 구비한 귀환덕트에서 증기를 증발 또는 과열시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 최소한 일부의 열전도 구역을 통하여 유동화개스의 유동물을 도입하므로서 열전도 구역에서 열회수를 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 열전도 구역으로 도입된 유동화 개스 유동물의 위치를 조절하거나, 열 전도구역으로 도입된 유동화개스의 유동률을 조절하거나, 유동화개스의 우치 및 유동률을 조절하므로서 열회수를 조절하는 것을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 최소한 일부의 유동화 개스 유동물을 최소한 두개의 다른 수준으로 열전도 구역에 도입하는 단계 및 다른 수준으로 도입된 개스의 비율을 조절하므로서 열전도 구역에서의 열회수를 조절하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 최소한 일부의 유동화 개스 유동물을 열전도 구역으로, 그리고 다른 부분을 입구의 근처로 도입하는 단계 및 열전도 구역에 도입되는 개스의 비율을 조절하므로서 열전도 구역에서의 열회수를 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 귀환덕트로 도입된 유동화개스의 주요부분이 상표면 위의 귄환덕트 상부로 유동하는 것을 방지하기 위하여 고체입자상의 높이를 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자분리기에서 분리된 고체입자를 연소실로 제2귀환덕트를 통하여 재순환시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연소실의 벽상에 하향 입자 유동물로서 축적하는 고체입자를 수집하고, 수집된 입자를 귀환덕트로 도입시키며, 그 입자를 귀환덕트에서 연소실로 재순환시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a)-(e)단계가 연소실에 있는 입자보다 더 작은 평균 크기 분포를 갖는 입자상이 귀환덕트에 설정되도록 실행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (e)단계가 기본적으로 공기, 불활성 개스 및 재순환된 연도개스로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 개스를 이용하도록 실행되는 방법.
- -입자의 고속 유동상 및 상부에 배출구를 갖는 연소실, -연소실 상부에 있는 배출구에 연결된 입자 분리기, -상부가 입자 분리기에 연결되고 하부가 연소실에 연결된 귀환덕트, -입자분리기에 있는 개스출구, -귀환덕트에 고체입자의 상을 설정하도록 연소실에서 상향유동하는 입자현탁물과 분리된 고체입자를 수집하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 상기 귀환덕트, -상기 귀환덕트의 하부와 연소실을 연결하는 최소한 두 개의 과부과된 입구 개구부를 포함하는 입구수단, 및 -귀환덕트의 입자를 배출시키기 위한 입구수단을 향한 상으로부터의 입자를 연소실로 이송시키기 위한, 귀환덕트의 하부와 관련하여 작동하게 설치된 이송개스 노즐을 포함하는 순환 유동상 반응기 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 입구수단이 귀환덕트와 연소실 사이의 공유벽에 설치된 최소한 두 개의 입구 개구부를 포함하는 유동상 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 입구수단이 상기 귀환덕트와 연소실 사이의 벽에 배치된 최소한 두 개의 과부과된 입구 개구부를 포함하여 상기 연소실과 추가의 연결을 이루는 유동상 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 입구수단이 상기 연소실과 귀환덕트 사이의 공유벽에 설치된 두 개이상의 과부과된 수평 또는 경사진 슬롯형 입구도관을 포함하는 유동상 시스템.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 수평 또는 경사진 슬롯형 도관이 아가미형 구조물로 이루어진 유동상 시스템.

- 제28항에 있어서, -관의 입구도관 구역에 있는, 상기 연소실과 귀환덕트 사이의 공유벽에 설치된 하나 이상의 입구도관, -입구도관 구역에서 떨어진 거리에 있는 열전도 구역에 설치된 열전도 면, 및 -열전도를 조절하기 위해 입구도관 구역 및 열전도 구역 둘다에 설치된 개스도입 노즐을 포함하는 유동상 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상향으로 유동하는 개스 및 입자 현탁물에서 분리된 입자를 수집하여 벽을 따라 하향 유동시키기 위한, 연소실 내부벽에 인접하여 설치된 제2귀환덕트를 더 포함하는 유동상 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
