Abstract

베이스에 놓여있는 컨더터 필름(4)의 경우에, 접점 컨덕터 트랙은 서로 평행하게 구동하게 하기 위하여 탭 부속부(5)에 배열된다. 더욱이, 베이스에는 아래로 기울어져 구동하는 개구 샤프트(6)를 제공하며 경사져 기울어진 저부표면상에는 상부에서 자유로운 컨덕터 트랙을 가진 탭 부속장치(5)가 놓여있다. 접점형성을 위하여 외측으로 통과하며 샤프트의 저부 표면과 접하는 접점 스프링요소(8)와 함께 플러그 소켓은 자유 탭 단부의 방향에서 샤프트(6)로 삽입될 수 있으며 잠금 방법의 단부위치에서 고정된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 접점 컨덕터 트랙이, 서로 평행하게 구동하기 위하여 컨덕터 필름의 탭 부속부 상에 배열되고 접점 컨덕터 트랙에 접점을 형성하는 다수의 접점 스프링요소를 구비한 플러그 소켓을 이용하여, 다수의 접점트랙을 가지며 베이스 상에 놓이는 컨덕터 필름을 접속하기 위한 접점형성장치에 있어서, 플러그소켓(7)의 외측 크기와 일치하는 개구 샤프트(6)를 베이스 상에 제공하고, 상부에서 자유로운 접점 컨덕트 트랙과 함께 탭 부속장치(5)가 샤프트(6)의 저부 표면상에 놓여지도록 하고, 외측으로 통과하며 샤프트의 저부 표면과 접하는 접점 스프링 요소(8)와 함께 플러그 소켓(7)은 자유 탭 단부의 방향에서 샤프트(6)로 삽입될 수 있으며 잠금 방법의 단부위치에서 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨덕터필름 접속용 접점형성장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 샤프트(6)가 베이스에 대해 예각으로, 아래쪽으로 경사져 구동하기 위하여 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접점형성장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아래쪽으로 통과하는 접점 스프링 요소(8)의 단부는 아아크 형태로 기울어진 경사 접점으로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접점형성장치.
  4. 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플러그 소켓(7)은 박스 형태이고, 적어도 하나의 대체 리브는 자유로운 운동과 양각 잠금 방법으로 플러그 소켓(7)을 고정하기 위하여 플러그 소켓(7)의 부분적으로 할당된 외벽 및/또는 샤프트(6)의 내벽 상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접점형성장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 플러그 소켓은 플러그 소켓의 조립상태에서 부분적으로 할당된 샤프트 벽의 압축부로 기울어지는 적어도 하나의 잠금 스터드를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 접점형성장치.
