Abstract

동일한 위상을 갖는 캠들(C1, C2; … ; C7, C8)이 양측부상에 각각 배치된 다수의 저널 (J1내지 J4)이 제공되고, 그 일단부측에 배치된 공작물을, 캠축 밀러를 이용해 가공하기 위한 공작물 가공 방법에 있어서, 중심부에서 링을 가공하기 위한 중심 칩(6a, bc)을 갖는 커터(6)가 사용되며, 각각 저널(J1내지 J4)을 갖는 동일 위상의 캠들(C1, C2; … ; C7, C8)은 채널순서에 따라 다른 칩 (6b, 6c)에 의해서 동시에 가공되며, 상기 링은 중심 칩에 의해 가공된다. 이러한 구조체에 따라 링과 캠은 단일 공작기에 의해 가공될 수 있으며, 동일 위상을 갖는 캠들은 동시에 작업될 수 있고, 따라서 생산성이 향상된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 동이한 위상을 갖는 캠들이 양측부상에 각각 배치된 다수의 저널이 제공되고, 링이 그 일단부측에 설치된 공작물을, 캠축 밀러를 이용해 가공하기 위한 공작물 가공 방법에 있어서, 중심부에서 링을 가공하기 위한 중심 칩을 가지며, 동일 위상을 갖는 캠을 동시에 가공하기 위해 중심 칩의 양측에 배치된 다른 칩을 갖는 커터가 사용되며, 각각 저널을 갖는 동일 위상의 캠들은 저널 순서에 따라 다른 칩에 동시에 가공되며, 상기 링은 중심 칩에 의해 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 갬축 밀러를 이용한 공작물 가공방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캠은 링의 가공에 앞서 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠축 밀러를 이용한 공작물 가공방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캠은 가공에 앞서 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠축 밀러를 이용한 공작물 가공방법.
