Abstract

후부에 손잡이편(4)을 설치한 동체벽(3)의 상단에 어깨부(7)를 개재하여 주둥이부(8)를 연결설치하여 최종형상으로 성형된 상동체부(2)의 하단에, 밑이있는 통형상의 하동체원료부(9)를 늘어뜨려 연이어 설치한 일차성형품(1)을 중공성형하고, 이 일차성형품(1)의 하동체원료부(9)만을 하동체부(9′)로2축연신블로우 성형하여 병체(1′)로 2축연신블로우 성형하여 병체(1′)로 성형하는 것에 의해, 실질적으로 2축연신블로우 성형품과 대략 동등의 강도를 가지는 손잡이붙이 대형병체를 얻는다.

손잡이붙이 병체의 일차성형품과 손잡이붙이 병체의 성형방법(PRIMARY MOLD OF BOTTLE BODY WITH HANDLE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BOTTLE BODY WITH HANDLE)

제2도는 본 발명의 성형공정의 하나인 일차성형품의 상동체부 고정공정의 일실시예를 보이는 종단측면도,
제3도는 제2도에 보인 실시예의 평단면도,
제4도는 본 발명의 성형공정의 하나인 2축연신블로우공정의 일실시 예를 보이는, 블로우금형 및 저부금형 짜맞춤상황을 보이는 전체종단 측면도,
제5도는 제4도에 보인 2축연신블로우공정에 있어서의 블로우금형 및 저부금형 짜맞춤완료상황을 보이는 전체종단 측면도,
제6도는 제1도에 보인 일차성형품으로부터 2축연신블로우 성형된 병체의 일실시예을 보이는 전체측면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 상단에, 원뿔통형상을 한 어깨부(7)를 개재하여 주동이부(8)를 일체설치하고, 대략 통형상을 한 동체벽(3)의 후단에, 상하로 가설모양으로 된 손잡이편(4)을 일체설치하여 최종형상으로 성형된 상동체부(2)의 하단에, 대략 반구각모양의 저벽부를 가지는 두꺼운 통형상의 하동체원료부(9)를 늘어뜨려서 연이어 설치한 손잡이붙이 병체의 일차성형품.
  2. 하동체원료부(9)를, 상방으로 확경한 밑이있는 원뿔통형상으로 한 청구항1에 기재의 손잡이붙이 병체의 일차성형품.
  3. 하동체원료부(9)를, 하단부에 접근함에 따라 두께를 증대시키는 두께 분포로 한 청구항 1 또는 2에 기재의 손잡이붙이 병체의 일차성형품.
  4. 후부에 손잡이편(4)을 일체설치하여 최총형상으로 성형된 상동체부(2)의 하단에, 두꺼운 밑이있는 통형상의 하동체원료부(9)를 늘어뜨려 연이어 설치한 일차성형품(1)을 중공성형하고, 그 일차성형품(1)의 상동체부(2)를 변형불능으로 보호지지한 상태로, 상기 하동체원료부(9)만을, 하단부에 다리부(13)를 형성하는 저부(12)을 일체설치한 밑이있는 통형상의 하동체부(2′)로 2축연신블로우 성형하는 손잡이붙이 병체의 성형방법.
