Claims (21)
- 입자처리매체의 처리베드(2)를 갖추고 처리될 액체용 입구(3,4)와 처리된 액체출구(6,7)를 갖춘 하우징(1)과; 처리매체와 연관되어 처리베드로부터 처리 매체입자를 이송하면서, 출구(10)를 구비하고 압력하에 필터베드외부로부터 액체가 공급되어지도록 설치된 유체공급도관(11)과, 그 선단에 입구(15)를 갖추고 액체공급도관 출구 너머로 돌출한 액체공급도관내의 방출도관(14)을 구비하여 액체와 처리매체입자를 베드로부터 방출하게되는 유동장치(9) 및 새로운 물질을 베드상부로 공급하는 공급부재(21)를 갖춘 처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방출도관(14)이 처리매체를 회복시키는 회복부재(17)쪽으로 이어져 회복된 처리매체가 재사용될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 액체공급도관(11)에 액체를 소용돌이 시키는 수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유동장치(9)가 처리베드(2)바닥 부근에 위치되어 방출도관(14)을 통해 이송된 처리매체가 중력 또는 압력하에서 상부로부터 처리매체의 배출로 창출된 공간안으로 떨어지는 입자로 대체되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 처리장치가 필터장치이고, 회복수단이 처리매체로부터 오염물질을 분리하는 분리기(17)인 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 분리기가 하이드로사이크론(17)으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로사이크론(17)이 필터매체가 방출되는 출구에서 정화된 필터매체를 다시 처리베드로 이송하기에 충분한 압력을 창출하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로사이크론(17)에 들어가는 필터매체가 고압수의 추가적인 공급원(18)에 의해 하이드로사이크론의 입구쪽으로 추출되어지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 처리장치가 이온교환장치로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 처리될 액체용 입구가 베드의 외주에 구비되어져 상기 액체가 안쪽으로 처리매체를 통해 베드에 삽입된 출구쪽으로 투과하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 처리될 액체용 입구(4)가 하우징(1) 벽의 내면과 처리될 액체는 통과하지만 입자처리매체는 관통하지 못하는 개구부를 구비한 제1스크린(31)으로 구획된 제1공간(33)과 마찬가지로 처리될 액체는 통과하지만 입자처리매체는 관통하지 못하는 개구부를 구비한 제2스크린(37)과 연관된 처리된 액체출구(7) 안으로 개방되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(1)의 측별(28)이 중공의 윈통형 캐비티를 형성하면서 제1공간(33)이 환형으로 되며, 그 내부면이 입자처리매체(2)를 수용하는 측벽과 동축으로 측벽반경보다 적은 반경을 갖는 중공의 원통형 캐비티를 형성하는 제1스크린과 처리될 액체 출구(7)와 연통되면서 실린더축을 따라 연장되는 공간(36)을 둘러싸는 제2스크린(37)으로 형성되어지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 처리될 액체용 입구(4)가 하우징의 측벽(28)내에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 처리될 액체용 제2입구(35)가 하우징 상부에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 출구가 베드의 외주에 구비되어 베드에 삽입된 입구로부터 처리매체를 통해 외부로 통과되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 출구가 하우징벽의 내부와 처리될 액체는 투과되지만 입자처리매체는 통과하지 않는 개구부를 구비한 1스크린으로 구획된 제1공간과, 마찬가지로 처리될 액체는 투과하면서 입자처리매체는 통과하지 못하는 개구부를 구비한 제2스크린에 연관된 입구 안으로 개방된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제l6항에 있어서, 상기 하우징벽의 측벽이 중공의 원통형 캐비티를 형성하면서 제1공간은 환형이고 그 내부면이 입자처리매체를 수용하는 측벽과 동축으로 이 측벽의 반경보다 작은 반경을 갖는 중공의 원통형 캐비티를 형성하는 제1스크린과 액체입구와 연통되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제15항 내지 제17항에 있어서, 상기 출구가 하우징의 측벽내에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제2항과 제3항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 회복된 처리매체입자를 동일한 장치의 처리베드(2)쪽으로 다시 이송하는 수단(21)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 회복된 처리매체입자를 동일장치의 처리베드쪽으로 다시 이송하는 수단에 회복수단(17)의 출구로 부터 처리베드(2)쪽으로 안내되는 복귀도관(21)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 처리장치.
- 제1항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 따른 처리장치를 다수개 평행하게 구비한 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
