Abstract

셀룰로우스 용액은 제3급 아민 N-옥사이드, 물 및 셀룰로우스로 조성된 프리믹서를 인편이 부착된 박막 증류기로 통과시켜 제조하되, 가열 표면적(1-125㎡), 인편선단 간의 원주 간격(65-175㎜), 인편선단의 회전속도(8m/sec. 이하), 압력(25-100mb) 및 배출온도(90-135℃)의 처리 조건하에 처리함을 특징으로함.

Claims (9)

  1. (1) 제3급아민 N-옥사이드, 물 및 셀룰로우스를 포함하는 프리믹스를 형성하는 공정, (2) 가열된 내주표면과 길이방향으로 패들 인편이 부착된 중앙 회전축을 갖고있는 수직으로 설치된 박막 증발기에서 증발기내의 물질들이 회전축의 회전에 따라 횡방향으로 일정한 간격을 유지하는 둘 또는 그 이상의 인편들과 접촉하도록하면서 대기압보다 낮은 압력하에 프리믹스를 가열하는 공정, (3) 셀룰로우스가 아민옥사이드 중의 용액을 형성하는 수준으로 프리믹서중의 물을 증발시키는 공정, 및 (4) 생성된 용액을 박막 증발기로부터 회수하는 공정을 포함하는 제3급 아민 N-옥사이드중의 셀룰로우스 용액을 제조하는 방법에서, 이 방법이 가연 표면적이 1㎡내지 125㎡의 범위로 되는 증발기내에서 실시되고, 회전축을 포함하는 회전체는 인편의 단부가 8m/sec. 이상의 속도를 갖도록 회전되며, 인편의 선단은 인접인편의 선단으로 부터 측방향으로 65-175㎜의 원주 간격을 유지하도록 설치되었고, 증발기내에는 25-100mb(밀리바)의 진공으로 유지되었으며, 부여된 진공하에서 생성된 용액이 90-135℃의 온도로 배출되도록 실린더 가열 표면이 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 용액 제조방법.
  2. 청구범위 1항에서, 가열 표면적이 10-125㎡, 특히 10-75㎡범위이고, 인편 선단간의 원주 간격이 75-150㎜이며, 인편선단 회전속도가 2.5-5m/sec. 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 청구범위 1항에서, 인편 선단 속도가 2.5-4.5m/sec. 임을 특징으로하는 방법.
  4. 진술한 청구범위중의 어느 한 항에서, 용액이 100-115℃의 배출온도를 갖도록 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 전술한 청구범위중의 어느 한 항에서, 프리믹스가 실온과 95℃ 사이, 특히 75-85℃의 온도로 박막증발기내로 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 전술한 청구범위 중의 한 항에서, 회전체가 외주면에 5°내지 15° 또는 5°내지 10°의 간격으로 배치된 인편을 갖고있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 전술한 청구범위 중의 한 항에서, 용액이 셀룰로우스 7-35중량% 물 15-4중량% 및 나머지 부분의 아민옥사이드를 포함하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 전술한 청구범위중의 어느 한 항에서, 인편들이 인접인편과 서로 축방향으로 각도지게 나선상으로 회전체 주위에 배치되었음을 특징으로하는 방법.
  9. 전술한 청구범위중의 어느 한 항에서, 최소한 일부의 인편이 처리물질을 박막증발기를 통하여 하향 이송할 수 있도록 경사지게 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
