Claims (9)
- (1) 폴리이소시아네이트를 (2) 이소시아네이트에 대해 활성인 적어도 2개의 수소 원자를 갖는, 분자량 92 내지 10,000의 화합물과 (3) 발포제인 히드로플루오로알칸 및 (4) 하기의 화합물.(여기서, R1및 R2는 각각 C1-C12-알킬이거나 또는 함께 C2-C6-알킬렌을 나타내고, n은 0 내지 6의 정수를 나타냄),(여기서, R1내지 R3은 할로겐에 의해 임의로 치환된 C1-C12-알킬, C5-C10-시클로알킬 또는 임의로 치환된 아릴을 나타냄),(여기서, R1및 R2는 C1-C16-알킬 또는 C5-C10-시클로알킬을 나타냄),(여기서, R은 C1-C20-알킬 또는 C5-C10-시클로알킬을 나타냄)중 적어도 1개의 가용화제 및 5) 임의로는 그 자체로 공지된 다른 보조제 및 첨가제의 존재하에 반응시키는 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프로필렌 카르보네이트를 가용화제로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 트리에틸 포스페이트를 가용화제로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 트리부틸 포스페이트를 가용화제로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디옥틸 프탈레이트를 가용화제로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 가용화제를 성분 2) 100중량부당 1 내지 10중량부의 양으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 1,1,1,4,4,4-헥사플루오로부탄을 발포제로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄을 발포제로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
