Description
Claims (16)
- 금속 산화물(들)을 기본으로 하는 투명성, 전도성 및/또는 저방사성의 작용성 피막(3), 기하학적 두께가 70 내지 135nm이고 굴절율이 1.65 내지 1.90이며 작용성 피막(3)과 유리 기재(1)사이에 위치하는 내부 피복층(2) 및 기하학적 두께가 70내지 110nm이고 굴절률이 1.40 내지 1.70이며 작용성 피막(3)위에 위치하는 외부 피복층(4)이 제공된 투명한 유리 기재(1)를 포함하는 판유리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작용성 피막(3)의 굴절률이 2에 근접하고 두께가 300 내지 450nm, 특히 330 내지 410nm, 바람직하게는 대략 330, 360 또는 410nm임을 특징으로 하는 유리.
- 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 외부 피복층(4)의 기하학적 두께가 80내지 100nm, 특히 대략 90 내지 95nm임을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부 피복층(2)의 기하학적 두계가 90 내지 120nm임을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 작용성 피막(3)이 주석-도프된 인듐 산화물(ITO), 인듐-도프된 아연 산화물(ZnO;In), 불소-도프된 아연 산화물(ZnO;Al), 주석-도프된 아연 산화물(Zn;Sn)및 불소-도프된 주석 산화물(SnO2;F)로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 도프된 금속 산화물을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부 피복층(2)이 티탄 산화물, 알루미늄 산화물, 아연산화물, 주석 산화물 및 인듐 산화물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 금속 산화물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부 피복층(2)이 실리콘 옥시카바이드 및/또는 실리콘 옥시니트 라이드로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외부 피복층(4)이 실리콘 옥시카바이드 및/또는 실리콘 옥시니트 라이드 중에서 선택된 규소의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외부 피복층(4)이 알루미늄 산화물, 티탄 산화물, 지르코늄산화물 및 크롬 산화물로 이루어진 하나 이상의 금속 산화물 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다중 판유리, 특히 피막(2,3 및 4)이 제공된 기재(1)를 또 다른 투명한 기재와 합한 이중 판유리(여기서, 이중 판유리는 피복면에 반사 색상을 갖고, 포화도는 5미만이며, 주파장은 청색 범위인 465내지 480nm일 뿐만 아니라 광 반사값(RL)은 15%이상이다)임을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피막(2,3,4)이 3개의 면에 제공된 기재(1)를, 굴절률이 낮은 이산화규소 형태의 피막이 2개의 면에 임의로 피복한 또 다른 유리 기체와 합한 이중 판유리임을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 금속 산화물(들)을 기본으로 하는 하나 이상의 피복층(2,4) 및/또는 작용성 피막(3)이, 진공을 사용하는 방법, 특히 산소의 존재하에서 적절한 조성을 갖는 금속 합금제 또는 세라믹게 타겟을 사용하여 임의로 반응성일 수 있는 음극 스퍼터링법에 의해 침착됨을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 판유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 하나이상의 피복층(2,4) 및/또는 작용성 피막(3)이 열분해법에 의해 침착됨을 특징으로하여, 제1항 내지 제11항중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 판유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 내부 피복층(2)이 금속 유기 또는 규소 전구체의 화학적 증착(CVD)에 의해 또는 금속 유기 전구체의 분말화 열분해에 의해 침착됨을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 제11항중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 판유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 작용성 피막(3)이 금속 유기 전구체의 분말화 열분해에 의해 특징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 제11항중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 판유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 외부 피복층(4)이 규소 화합물인 경우에는 규소 전구체의 화학적 중착에 의해 침착되고, 금속 산화물인 경우에는 분말화 열분해에 의해 침착됨을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 제11항중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 판유리를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
