Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 이의 염에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, (x) 및 (y)는 단일 또는 이중 결합이며;
R 및 R3은 수소 또는 아실이며, R1은 수소 또는 불소이고;
(y)가 단일 결합인 경우 R2는 수소, 불소, 메틸 또는 트리플루오로메틸이며; (y)가 이중 결합인 경우 R2는 메틸렌이되, 단, (X) 또는 (y)중 하나가 이중 결합인 경우 나머지 하나는 단일 결합이며, R1및 R2중 하나 이상이 불소 또는 트리플루오로메틸이다.
일반식(I)의 화합물은 아로마타제 억제제로서 유용하다.

Claims (7)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 이의 염.
    상기식에서, (x) 및(y)는 단일 또는 이중 결합이며;
    A는또는CH∼OR3이고,
    R 및 R3은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 아실이며; R1은 수소 또는 불소이고;
    (y)가 단일 결합인 경우 R2는 수소, 불소, 메틸 또는 트리플루오로메틸이며; (y)가 이중 결합인 경우 R2는 멜틸렌이되, 단, (x) 또는 (y)중 하나가 이중 결합인 경우 나머지 하나는 단일 결합이어야 하며, R1및 R2중 하나 이상이 불소이거나 R2의 경우는 트리플루오로메틸이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, A가이며 R은 수소인 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 이의 염.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 4-아미노-2-플루오로-안드로스타-1,4-디엔-3,1,7-디온;4-아미노-6α-플루오로-안드로스타-1,4-디엔-3,17-디온; 4-아미노-6β-플루오로-안드로스타-1,4-디엔-3,17-디온; 4-아미노-2-플루오로-안드로스타-1,4,6-트리엔-3,17-디온; 4-아미노-6-플루오로-안드로스타-1,4,6-트리엔-3,17-디온; 4-아미노-2-플루오로-6-메틸-안드로스타-1,4,6-트리엔-3,17-디온; 4-아미노-2-플루오로-6-메틸렌-안드로스타-1,4-디엔-3,17-디온; 4-아미노-6β-트리플루오로메틸-안드로스타-1,4-디엔-3,17-디온; 4-아미노-6-트리플루오로메틸-안드로스타-1,4-디엔-3,17-디온; 4-아미노-2-플루오로-6α-메틸-안드로스타-1,4-디엔-3,17-디온; 4-아미노-2-플루오로-6β-메틸-안드로스타-1,4-디엔-3,17-디온; 4-아미노-2,6-디플루오로-안드로스타-1,4,6-트리엔-3,17-디온; 4-아미노-2,6β-디플루오로-안드로스타-1,4-디엔-3,17-디온; 4-아미노-2,6β-디플루오로-안드로스타-1,4-디엔-3,17-디온; 및 필요한 경우 상기 언급된 6β,6β-에피머의 α,β-혼합물로부터 선택된 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 이의 염.
  4. a)하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 불화수소를 사용하여 에폭사이드를 절단시켜 A가이고(X)는 단일 또는 이중 결합이며, (y)는 단일 결합이고, R은 아실이며, R1은 불소이고, R2는 수소, 메틸 또는 트리플루오로메틸인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하거나; 또는 b) 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 불화수소를 사용하여 에폭사이드를 절단시켜 A는 -C=O이고, (x)는 이중 결합이며 (y)는 단일 결합이고, R은 아실이며, R1은 불소이고, R2는 불소인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하거나; 또는 c)하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 불소하여 A는이고, (x)는 이중 결합이며 (y)는 단일 결합이고, R은 아실이며, R1은 불소이고, R2는 불소인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하거나; 또는 d)하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 아지드 화합물을 선택적으로 환원시켜 A는이고, (x)는 이중 결합이며 (y)는 단일 결합이고, R은 아실이며, R1은 불소이고, R2는 트리플루오로메틸인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하거나; 또는 f) 하기 구조식(Ⅶ)의 화합물을 아민화하여 A는이고, (x)는 이중 결합이며 (y)는 단일 결합이고, R은 아실이며, R1은 불소이고, R2는 트리플루오로메틸인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하고/거나; g)하기 일반식(Ia)의 화합물을 N-탈아실화하여 A가이고, R은 수소이며, (x), (y), R1및 R2는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고 A는이고(x), (y), R, R1및 R2는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하거나 또는 f)하기 구조식(VIII)의 화합물을 아민화하여서 A는 하고/거나; J) 하기 일반식(Id)아실화하여 (x), (y), R, R1및 R2는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, A는이며, R은 아실인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하고/거나; k)하기 일반식(Ie)의 화합물을 선택적으로 O-아실화하여 (x), (y), R, R1및 R2는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, A는(여기서, R3은 아실이다)인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하고/거나, 필요한 경우 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하고/거나, 필요한 경우 일반식9I)의 화합물을 일반식(I)의 또다른 화합물로 전환시키고/거나; 필요한 경우 일반식(I)의 화합물의 이성체 혼합물을 단일 이성체로 분리시킴을 특징으로하여 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 아실이며, 일반식(Ⅱ)에서, R2는 수소, 메틸 또는 트리플루오로메틸이고; (x)는 단일 또는 이중 결합이고; 일반식(Ⅲ) 및 (Ⅳ)에서, R1은 수소 또는 불소이고; 일반식(Ia), (Ib), (Ic), (Id) 및 (Ie)에서, (x), (y), R1및 R2는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  5. 적합한 담체 및/또는 희석제와 활성 성분으로서 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용가능한 이의 염을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
  6. 아로마타제 억제제로서 사용하기 위한 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용가능한 이의 염.
  7. 아로타제 억제제로서 사용하기 위한 약제 제조에 있어서의, 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용가능한 이의 염의 용도.
