본 발명은 주전화장치에 화재라던지 구급환자의 발생 등과 같은 비상시 그 비상상황에 대응하는 긴급호출버튼을 정의하여 그 버튼의 조작에 의해 미리 녹음된 긴급메시지를 자동으로 송출하고, 그 긴급메시지의 송출도중의 주전화장치에 이상이 발생되면 부전화장치에 의해 긴급메시지의 전송이 수행되도록 한 긴급전화호출기능을 갖춘 전화시스템에 관한 것으로, 화재/인명구조에 관한 복수의 긴급호출버튼과 각 긴급호출버튼에 대응하여 긴급메시지가 미리 녹음되어, 긴급호출버튼의 조작시 대응하는 긴급전화번호를 다이얼링하여 긴급메시지를 송출하는 주전화장치(10)와, 상기 주전화장치(10)에 구비된 긴급호출버튼의 조작시 송출되는 긴급전화번호와 긴급메시지를 수취하고 상기 주전화장치의 이상 발생시 그 수취한 긴급전화번호를 다이얼링하여 긴급메시지를 송출하는 부전화장치(50)를 갖추어 구성되어, 주전화장치(10)에 긴급호출버튼(12a,12b,12c)설치하고 그 긴급호출버튼에 대응하는 메시지를 음성처리저장하여 긴급상황발생시 자동으로 긴급호출번호의 다이얼링 및 긴급메시지의 전달이 자동으로 이루어지도록 하며, 그 주전화장치(10)의 이상시 부전화장치(50)에 저장된 긴급호출버튼에 대한 긴급호출번호를 재다이얼링하여 그 긴급메시지가 자동으로 송출되므로 급박한 상황에서도 정확한 긴급구조요청이 효과적으로 수행될 수 있도록 된 것이다.The present invention defines an emergency call button corresponding to the emergency situation in case of an emergency such as a fire or an emergency patient on the main telephone device, and automatically transmits the pre-recorded emergency message by the operation of the button.
