Abstract

본 발명에서 초소형의 회로보호장치는 유리슬리브 카트리지내에서 밀봉하여 봉합된 금속퓨즈엘리먼트를 지지하는 기판을 포함한다. 퓨즈엘리머트는 기판상에서 증착된 필름 또는, 택일적으로 금속스트립 또는 와이어로 이루어져 있다. 도선은 회로내의 연결을 위하여 슬리브내에 마주보이는 끝으로부터 연장되고, 동작시간과 차단능력을 개선하기 위한 적당한 환경을 제공하기 위하여 슬리브내에 가스가 봉합된다. 회로보호장치를 제조하기 위한 방법은 유리슬리브내에 퓨즈엘리먼트를 지지하는 기판을 위치시키고 퓨즈엘리먼트와 접촉한 곳에 도선을 위치시키는 것을 포함한다. 어셈블리는 유연한 유리가 되기에 충분한 온도가 되도록 대기압력 이하로 존재하는 가스를 가열한다. 이때, 유리슬리브의 끝이 도선에 대해 밀봉하여 봉합되도록 압력이 증가된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 회로보호장치의 횡단면을 도시한 도면, 제2도는 제1도의 회로보호장치 제조를 위한 어셈블리의 횡단면을 도시한 도면, 제3도는 달리택할 형태의 유리슬리브가 이용된 회로보호장치의 횡단면을 도시한 도면, 제4도는 달리택할 형태의 유리슬리브와 도선이 이용된 회로보호장치의 횡단면을 도시한 도면, 제5도(a)는 본 발명의 회로보호장치의 인쇄된 세라믹 퓨즈엘리먼트의 제조를 위한 제조 프로세스를 설명한 제1단계를 도시한 도면, 제5도(b)는 제5도(a)의 프로세스의 제2단계, 제5도(c)는 제5도(a)의 프로세서의 제3단계, 제5도(d)는 제5도(a)의 프로세스의 제4단계이다.

Claims (22)

  1. 퓨즈엘리먼트를 지지하고, 개구끝을 갖춘 유리슬리브내에서 마주보는 끝부분에 전기적 접촉을 갖춘 기판을 삽입하는 단계와; 전기적 접촉과 접촉하는 기판의 각 끝부분에 하나의 도선을 위치시키는 단계; 압력과 온도제어가능한 챔버내에 어셈블리를 배치하는 단계; 챔버를 적어도 부분적으로 챔버를 배기하는 단계; 유리슬리브를 유연하게 하는데 충분한 온도로 어셈블리를 가열하는 단계 및; 가장 유연해진 유리슬리브의 개구끝이 도선의 주위를 밀봉하도록 하는데 충분한 압력으로 압력을 증가시키는 단계를 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 도선엘리먼트의 주위를 밀봉한 후에 대기온도로 온도를 낮추는 단계를 더 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 회로보호장치의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 챔버가 실제로 배기되고, 대기압력 이하의 소저압력에서 선택가스가 챔버내로 유입하는 단계를 더 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 회로보호장치의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 부가적인 선택가스를 챔버내로 유입함으로써 압력이 증가되는 것을 특징으로 회로보호장치의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 선택가스가 불활성 가스인 것을 특징으로 회로보호장치의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 선택가스가 질소인 것을 특징으로 회로보호장치의 제조방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 선택가스가 유황 핵사플루오르화물인 것을 특징으로 회로보호장치의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 공기가 챔버내로 유입됨으로써 압력이 증가되는 것을 특징으로 회로보호장치의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 가열된 챔버의 압력이 대기압력 이하의 압력으로 증가되는 것을 특징으로 회로보호장치의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 가열된 챔버의 압력이 실제 대기압력으로 증가되는 것을 특징으로 회로보호장치의 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 도선엘리먼트의 중위를 밀봉하여 봉합된 형태인 유연한 유리가 생기도록 압력을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 회로보호장치의 제조방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 미리 형성한 납을 각 도선의 머리부분에 공급하는 것을 더 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 회로보호장치의 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 퓨즈엘리먼트를 접촉하기 위한 연결을 충분히 형성하도록 머리부분에서 형성하는 납을 녹여 어셈블리를 가열하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치의 제조방법.
  14. 금속퓨즈엘리먼트를 갖추는 기판과 기판의 마주보는 끝부분에 전기적 연결을 갖추는 메탈퓨즈엘리먼트를 갖춘 기판; 각 전기적 접점에 연결된 도선; 기판 및 도선의 소정부분을 둘러싸며 도선의 주위를 밀봉하여 봉합을 형성하는 유리슬리브 및; 퓨즈엘리먼트를 위한 적당한 환경을 제공하기 위한 유리슬리브내의 가스로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 금속퓨즈엘리먼트가 기판상에 중착된 필름인 것을 특징으로 회로보호장치.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 금속퓨즈엘리먼트가 금속스트립인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 메탈퓨즈엘리먼트가 와이어인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 가스가 대기압력 이하인 입력인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치.
  19. 제14항에 있어서, 가스가 질소인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치.
  20. 제14항에 있어서, 가스가 유황 핵사플루오르화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치.
  21. 제14항에 있어서, 가스가 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치.
  22. 제14항에 있어서, 퓨즈엘리먼트에 연결된 도선의 소정부분이 미리 형성한 납을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치.
