Claims (11)
- A) A1) NCO함량이 5.0 내지 23 중량%이고,평균 NCO 관능도가 적어도 2.1 이며,분자량300미만의 단량체 디아소시네이트 함량이 0.5중량%미만이고,1차 및(또는)2차 탄소 원자에 결합된 유리(비블록화)이소시아네이트기를 갖는 1종 이상의 락커 폴리이소시아네이트를 함유하는 락커 폴리이소시아네이트 성분,및 A2)폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄,폴리우레탄,폴리히드록시 폴리아크릴레이트 및 폴리히드록시 폴리에스테르로부터 선택되며,OH수가 30내지 200인 1종 이상의 폴리히드록실 화합물을 함유하는 폴리올 성분을 함유하며,성분 A2)에 존재하는 히드록실기의 적어도 50%는 2차 또는 3차 탄소원자에 결합되어 있고,성분 A1)및 A2)는 히드록실기에 대한 이소시아네이트기의 당량비가 0.6:1 내지 1.2:1이 되도록 하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하며,30℃미만에서는 고체이고,120℃이상에서는 액체인 수지 혼합물,및 임의로 B)히드록실기와 이소시아네이트기 사이의 반응을 위한 촉매를 함유하는,비황변성(non-yellowing)유연 도막을 제공하기 위한 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리이소시아네이트 성분 A1)은 NCO함량이 12내지 18중량%이고 평균NCO관능도가 적어도 2.4이며,필수적으로 이소시아누레이트기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트로 이루어지는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,이소시아누레이트기를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트가 70내지 100중량%의 1-이소시아네이토-3,3,5-트리메틸-5-이소시아네이토메틸 시클로헥산 및(또는 )4,4′-디이소시아네이토디시클로헥실 메탄 및 0내지 30중량%의 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트로 이루어진 혼합물을 부분적으로 삼량체화하고,이어서 미반응 디이소시아네이트 출발 물질을 제거하거나,또는 상응하는 단일 삼량체의 상응하는 양을 혼합하여 제조되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리올 성분 A2)가 유리 전이 온도 Tg30내지 120℃의 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄을 적어도 50중량%함유하고,성분 A2)에 존재하는 히드록실기의 적어도 70%가 2차 또는 3차 탄소 원자에 결합된 것인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,폴리올 성분 A2)가 유리 전이 온도 Tg30내지 120℃의 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄을 적어도 50중량%함유하고,성분 A2)에 존재하는 히드록실기의 적어도 70%가 2차 또는 3차 탄소 원자에 결합된 것인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,폴리올 성분 A2)가 유리 전이 온도 Tg30내지 120℃의 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄을 적어도 50중량%함유하고,성분 A2)에 존재하는 히드록실기의 적어도 70%가 2차 또는 3차 탄소 원자에 결합된 것인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,폴리올 성분 A2)가 상기의 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄으로 이루어진 것인 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,폴리올 성분 A2)가 상기의 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄으로 이루어진 것인 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서,폴리올 성분 A2)가 상기의 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄으로 이루어진 것인 조성물.
- 제1항의 도료 조성물로 도장된 내열성 기판.
- 제1항의 도료 조성물로 도장된 내열성 자동차 기판.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
