Abstract

본 발명은 황-경화된 고무 화합물의 일체형 내부라이너를 갖는 공기 고무 타이어에 관한 것이다. 상기 고무화합물은 고무의 100 중량부를 기준으로, (A) 부틸고무, 클로로부틸 고무, 브로모브틸 고무 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 고무 70 내지 98 중량부; (B) 65% 이상의 트랜스 1,4-성분을 갖는 트랜스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무 2 내지 30 중량부; 및 (C) 아크릴니트릴/부타디엔 공중합체, 스티렌/부타디엔 공중합체, 천연 고무 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 고무 0 내지 30 중량부를 포함함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 고무의 100 중량부를 기준으로, (A) 부틸 고무, 클로로부틸 고무, 브로모부틸 고무 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 고무 70 내지 98 중량부; (B) 65% 이상의 트랜스 1,4-성분을 갖는 트랜스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무 2 내지 30 중량부; 및 (C) 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔 공중합체, 스티렌/부타디엔 공중합체, 천연고무 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 고무 0 내지 30 중량부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 황-경화된 고무 화합물의 일체형 내부라이너를 갖는 공기 타이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부라이너가 우선 경화되지 않은 배합된 고무 검 조각으로서 경화되지 않은 고무 타이어의 내면을 구성하고, 이어서 타이어 경화공정동안 타이어와 함께 동시-경화됨을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고무 검 조각이 약 0.04 내지 0.4㎝의 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
