Abstract
본 발명은 (A) 하나 이상의 유기 폴리이소아네이트를 포함하는 폴리이소시네이트 성분, (B) 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 지방산 유도체. (C)필요에 따라, 하이드록실 및 카복실 그롭에서 선택된 두개 이상의 작용성 그룹을 함유하는 화합물, (D) 500 내지 10,000g/mol의 분자량 범위를 갖는 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 성분, 및 (E) 물보다 NCO 그룹과 더 빨리 반응하는 하나 이상의 활성 수소 원자를 갖는 화합물을, 이들 출발 성분(A) 내지 (E)모두를 기준으로 하여 이소시아네이트 그룹 대 이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹의 수소 원자 총합의 몰비를 0.5:1 내지 2:1 로 유지하면서 반응시킴으로써 의해 수득가능한 친수성 폴리우페탄-폴리우레아를 제공한다.

Claims (11)
- (A)하나 이상의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 폴리이소시아네이트 성분, (B) 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 지방산 유도체. (C)필요에 따라, 하이드록실 및 카복실 그룹에서 선택된 두개 이상의 작용성 그룹을 함유하는 화합물, (D)500 내지 10,000/mol의 분자량 범위를 갖는 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 성분, 및 (E)몰보다 NCO 그룹과 더 빨리 반응하는 하나 이상의 활성 수소 원자를 갖는 화합물을, 이들 출발성분(A) 내지 (E)모두를 기준으로 하여 이소시아네이트 그룹 디이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹의 수소 원자 총합의 몰비를 0.5:1 내지 2:1로 유지하면서 반응킴으로써 수득가능한 친수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모든 출발성분(A) 내지 (E)를 기준으로하여, 이소시아네이트 그룹 대 하이드록실 및 아미노 그룹의 총수소 원자의 몰비가 0.7:1 내지 1.5:1인 친수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)1mol당 0.1 내지 1mol의 성분(B), 0 내지 0.8mol의 성분(C), 0.1 내지 0.8mol의 성분(D) 및 0.01 내지 0.3mol의 성분(E)를 사용하는 친수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 불포화된 친수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 지방 알콜, 지방 아민 및 1 내지 30개의 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위를 갖는 에톡시화된 지방 알콜 및 지방 아민에서 선택되는 친수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아.
- 제1항에, 성분(B)가 1 내지 20개의 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위를 갖는 에톡시화된 지방 알콜인 친수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아.
- 제1하에 있어서, 성분(B)가 폴리올을 갖는 지방산의 반응 생성물이면서도 아미노 그룹을 함유할 수 있는 친수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 지방산과 모노에폭사이드의 반응 생성물인 친수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아.
- 제1항에있어서, 성분(C)가 비스하이드록시알칸 카복실산인 친수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아.
- 제1항에 있어서,성분(C)가 디메틸올프로피온산인 친수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아.
- 추가의 유화제를 사용하거나 사용하지 않고, 수성 합성-수지 분산액의 제조시 물에 분산될 수 없는 합성 수지용 유화제로서 제1항에 따른 친수성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아를 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
