Abstract
본 발명은 인간의 탯줄 정맥의 내피 세포주내에서 제조되는 205개의 아미노산으로 구성되는 신규의 폴리펩티드, 그것을 제조하는 방법, 상기 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 DNA, 상기 DNA를 포함하는 벡터, 상기 벡터를 사용하여 형질전환 또는 형질감염된 숙주 세포, 상기 폴리펩티드에 대한 항체 및 상기 폴리펩티드 또는 항체를 함유하는 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폴리펩티드는 혈소판, 다종의 백혈구 및 거식 세포의 부착에 기인하는 면역 질병 및 혈전 형성에 관련된 질병(예를 들어, 류마티스성 관절염, 알레르기, 동맥경화증, 내부 장기 이식후 거부반응, 심근경색, 뇌경색 또는 그로 인한 재관류 손상, DIC 및 패혈증 등)의 예방 또는 치료를 위해 그 자체 또는 분비형으로서 유용할 수 있으며, 상기 질병의 예방 및/또는 치료의 스크리닝 검사에 유용할 수 있다.

제1도는 플라즈미드 벡터 pUCSRα ML-1의 구성을 도시한다. 제2도는 인간 탯줄 정맥의 내피 세포주로부터 유도된 cDNA가 삽입된 재조합 DNA의 구성을 도시한다. 제3도는 본 발명의 폴리펩티드의 소수성 프로필을 도시한다.
Claims (10)
- 서열 동정 번호; 1에 도시한 실질적으로 정제된 형태의 아미노산 서열을 보유하는 폴리펩티드, 이의 동족체 또는 상기 서열의 단편 또는 상기 단편의 동족체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 서열 동정 번호; 1에 도시한 아미노산 서열을 보유하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제1항의 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 DNA
- 제3항에 있어서, 서열 동정 번호; 2에 도시한 뉴클레오티드 서열 또는 서열 동정 번호; 2에 대해 선택적으로 히브리드를 형성할 수 있는 이의 단편을 보유하는 DNA.
- 제3항에 있어서, 서열 동정 번호; 3에 도시한 뉴클레오티드 서열 또는 서열 동정 번호; 3에 대해 선택적으로 히브리드를 형성할 수 있는 이의 단편을 보유하는 DNA.
- 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항의 DNA를 함유하는 복제 및 발현 벡터.
- 제6항의 복제 및 발현 벡터를 사용하여 형질전환 또는 형질감염된 숙주 세포.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 폴리펩티드를 발현하기 위해 효과적인 조건하에서 제7항의 숙주 세포를 배양함을 포함하여, 폴리펩티드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 폴리펩티드에 대한 단일 클론 또는 다중 클론 항체.
- 약학적으로 허용가능한 희석제 및/또는 캐리어와 함께 제1항 또는 제2항의 폴리펩티드 또는 제9항의 항체를 함유하는 약학 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
