Abstract

본 발명은 촉매의 존재하에 하기 일반식 Ⅱ의 대응 락톤을 티오닐 클로라이드와 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 하기 일반식Ⅰ의 O-클로로메틸벤조일 클로라이드의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서, m은 0 또는 1 내지4의 정수이고, X는 할로겐 또는 C-유기 라디칼이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 촉매의 존재하에 하기 일반식 Ⅱ의 대응 락톤을 티오닐 클로라이드와 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 하기 일반식Ⅰ의 o-클로로메틸벤조일 클로라이드의 제조방법.
    상기 식에서, m은 0 또는 1 내지4의 정수이고, X는 할로겐 또는 C-유기 라디칼이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 80℃ 내지 240℃에 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매로서 유기 질소 화합물을 사용하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 락톤 Ⅱ를 기준으로 하여 0.5 내지 25몰%의 촉매를 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 티오닐 클로라이드를 락톤 Ⅱ 몰당 0.8 내지 10몰 사용하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 티오닐 클로라이드를 기준으로 하여 5 내지 100중량%의 염화수소, 또는 티오닐 클로라이드로 부터 염화수소를 방출시키는 화합물의 존재하에 반응을 수행하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 티오닐 클로라이드를 기준으로 하여 5중량% 이하의 물의 존재하에 반응을 수행하는 방법.
