Claims (10)
- 약 30내지 500nm의 실질적으로 균일한 두께를 갖는 적어도 10층 이상의 매우 얇은 층들로 이루어진 투명한 열가소성 수지상 적층 필름으로서, 여기서 상기 층들은 대체로 평형하고, 상기 층들 중 두층의 한 표면은 이 적층 필름의 최외곽 표면을 구성하며, 인접한 층들은 굴절률이 적어도 서로 0.03 이상 차이가 나는 로 다른 투명한 열가소성 수지상 물질이고, 필름의 반사 및 투과 색상들 중 적어도 한가지 이상의 외관 색상을 강화 또는 변형시키기 위한 안정하고 투명하며, 층들의 열가소성 수지상 물질에 가용성인 염료를 충분량 함유하는 투명한 열가소성 수지상 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적층 물질이 최외곽 표면이 그에 적층된 표층을 가지며 상기 표층은 실제로 두께가 균일한 투명한 열가소성 수지상 물질 층이고 각 표층은 필름과 표층의 총 두께의 적어도 5%의 두께를 갖는 투명한 열가소성 수지상 적층 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 표층이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 것이 특징인 투명한 열가소성 수지상 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인접한 수지상 물질의 굴절률 차이가 적어도 0.06 이상인 것이 특징인 투명한 열가소성 수지상 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지상 물질들 중 하나가 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트인 것이 특징인 투명한 열가소성 수지상 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염료가 각각의 서로 다른 열가소성 수지상 물질들 내에 존재하는 것이 특징인 열가소성 수지상 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염료가 서로 다른 투명한 열가소성 수지상 물질층 모두에 존재하는 것은 아닌 투명한 열가소성 수지상 적층 필름.
- 인접하는 층들의 굴절률이 적어도 약0.03 차이가 나도록 필름의 층들을 배열함으로써, 대체로 평행한 적어도 10개의 박층으로 이루어지고, 인접한 층들은 굴절률 차이가 적어도 약 0.03인 서로 다른 투명한 열가소성 수지상 물질인, 투명한 열가소성 수지상 적층 필름을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 필름의 적어도 한층으로서, 적층 필름의 반사 색상 및/또는 투과 색상의 적어도 한가지 이상의 외관 색상을 강화 또는 변화시키는데 충분한 양의 염료를 함유하는 투명한 열가소성 수지상 물질을 사용하는데 그 개선점이 있는 것이 특징인 투명한 열가소성 수지상 적층 필름의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 서로 다른 투명한 열가소성 물질 모두가 용해된 투명 염료를 함유하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 투명한 열가소성 수지상 물질 모두가 용해된 투명 염료를 함유하는 것은 아닌 것이 특징인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
