Abstract

칼날 받침과 캡 사이에 배치된 블레이드의 엣지 부분은 캡으로부터의 노출되어 있다. 엣지부분이 복수군데에 접촉하는 가드 부재는 블레이드의 길이방향에 수직으로 연장되어 면도시 사용자의 피부와 블레이드 사이에 약간의 간격을 유지한다. 가드 부재는 엣지부분이 상면에 압력을 가해 접촉하도록 긴장시킨 상태에서 연장되고, 면도시 수염의 전단 저항에 대항하는 힘을 블레이드에 부여하고 있다. 또한 가드 부재는 블레이드의 하방으로 굴곡부를 갖고, 사용자의 피부와 블레이드와의 간격을 가능한 줄인다. 수염은 가드 부재 사이에서 엣지쪽으로 전입되어 수염 뿌리가 엣지부분에 의해 절단된다.

제1도는 제1실시예에 따른 교체가능한 면도날 카트리지의 전체사시도, 제2도는 제1실시예에 따른 교체가능한 면도날 카트리지를 제1도중의 Ⅱ－Ⅱ선을 따라 절단한 측단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 칼날 받침(10)과, 상기 칼날 받침(10)에 장착된 캡(30) (50) 사이에 적어도 한 개 이상의 블레이드(B2)를 배치하고, 상기 블레이드(B2)이 엣지부분(B2a)을 캡(30) (50)으로부터 노출시켜 이 엣지부분(B2a)의 선단과 사용자의 피부 사이에 미세한 보호 간격을 두는 가드 부재(20) (40)를 엣지부분(B2a)의 복수군데에 접촉하도록 간격을 두고 배설한 면도기의 교체가능한 면도날 카트리지로서, 상기 가드 부재(20) (40)를 긴장시켜 엣지부분(B2a)의 상면에 압력을 가해 접촉시킴과 동시에, 가드 부재(20) (40)가 엣지부분(B2a)의 하방에 굴곡부(22a)(41)를 구비하도록 형성하여 된 교체가능한 면도날 카트리지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가드 부재를 내부식성이 뛰어난 필름 물질(20)에 의해 형성하고, 상기 필름 물질(20)에 블레이드(B2)의 길이방향에 대해 직교하는 방향으로 연장되는 복수개의 리브(22)를 형성하여 된 면도기의 교체가능한 면도날 카트리지.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름 물질(20)을 박판상의 스텐레스동재로 형성하여 된 면도기의 교체가능한 면도날 카트리지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름 물질(20)은 그 뒷부분이 캡(30)의 하면과 블레이드(B2)의 상면에 의해, 그 앞부분이 칼날 받침(10)의 외벽과 캡(30)의 내벽에 의해 지지되고, 필름 물질(20)의 뒷부분과 앞부분 사이에 긴장한 상태로 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 면도기의 교체가능한 면도날 카트리지.
  5. 제5항에 있어서, 상기가드 부재는 적어도 한 개 이상의 뛰어난 내부식성을 갖는 선재로 형성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는면도기의 교체가능한 면도날 카트리지.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선재(40)는 칼날 받침(10) 및 블레이드(B2)를 일체적으로 지지하여야 하고, 이들(10)(B2)감겨져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 면도기의 교체가능한 면도날 카트리지.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 칼날받침(10)의 전면에 블레이드(B2)의 길이방향과 직교하는 방향으로 연장되는 복수개의 가드 위치결정홈(15)을 형성하여 된 교체가능한 면도날 카트리지.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기블레이드(B2)의 하방으로는 상기 블레이드(B2)와 평행하게 연장되는 하방 블레이드(B1)를 스페이서(S)를 개재하여 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 면도기의 교체가능한 면도날 카트리지.
