Abstract

본 발명은 배기 포트 지역을 가열하여 결빙되는 것을 방지하기 위해 가압된 공기 챔버로부터 배기 포트 내로 밸브 컵 내의 구멍을 통해 공기를 유출하는 왕복 공기 펌프 상의 공기 밸브에 관한 것이다. 상기 구성은 스폴 밸브에서의 사용에도 적당하다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 슬라이드형 밸브 컵의 한 실시예를 도시한 도면, 제2도는 슬라이드형 밸브 컵의 다른 실시예를 도시한 도면, 제3도는 본 발명을 사용한 스풀 밸브의 실시예를 도시한 도면.

Claims (4)

  1. 공기 모터 챔버 및 배기 오리피스에 연결되고 배기 포트에 연결된 적어도 하나의 챔버 오리피스를 갖는 밸브 판에 의해 일부가 한정되고, 상기 오리피스가 밸브 컵에 의해 선택적으로 연결되는, 가압된 공기로 충전된 공기 밸브 챔버를 갖는 공기 작동 왕복 펌프에 있어서, 상기 밸브 컵은 내부에 블리드 오리피스를 구비하여 그에 의해 상기 가압된 공기가 상기 배기 포트 내로 유출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 작동 왕복 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 블리드 오리피스는 작동중 상기 배기 포트 내에 결빙되는 것을 방지하는 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 작동 왕복 펌프.
  3. 공기 모터 챔버 및 배기 오리피스에 연결되고 배기 포트에 연결된 적어도 하나의 챔버 오리피스를 갖는 공기 밸브 및 가압된 공기가 충전된 공기 밸브 챔버를 포함하고, 상기 오리피스는 상기 공기 밸브에 의해 선택적으로 연결되는 공기 작동 왕복 폄프에 있어서, 상기 공기 밸브는 내부에 블리드 오리피스를 구비하여 그에 의해 상기 가압된 공기가 상기 배기 포트 내로 유출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 작동 왕복 펌프.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 블리드 오리피스는 작동중 상기 배기 포트 내에 결빙되는 것을 방지하는 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 작동 왕복 펌프.
