Abstract

본 발명은 공통의 프론트 하우징으로 광범위한 부착조건에 대응할 수 있도록 하는 동시에, 금형의 코스트를 저감하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것이다.
엔진의 부착조건에 따른 상태로 프렌지부재(32)에 스타터 본체를 부착하고, 그 프렌지부재(32)를 엔진에 부착하도록 하고, 또 모터(23)의 회전축(23a)과 출력축을 동축상에 설치하고, 또 오버형 타잎의 프론트하우징(21)을 사용하였다.

제1도는 이 발명의 실시예1에 의한 스타터장치의 스타터 본체를 표시하는 부분단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 스타터 본체의 정면도, 제3도는 실시예1에 의한 프렌지 부재를 표시하는 정면도, 제4도는 제3도의 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 모터, 이 모터의 회전축과 동축상에 배치되어 있는 출력축 상기 모터의 회전을 상기 출력축에 전달하는 유성감속기구, 상기 출력축의 축방향으로 왕복동 가능하게 설치되고, 엔진의 링기어에 맞물리는 피니온, 상기 출력축의 회전을 상기 피니온에 전달하는 오버런닝클러치, 상기 피니온을 상기 링기어에 접리시키기 위한 접리 수단, 및 상기 각부품 중 적어도 상기 출력축 및 상기 오버런닝 클러치를 수용하는 오버행타잎의 금속제의 프론트하우징을 갖는 스타터본체와, 상기 엔진 및 상기 프론트 하우징에의 부착부를 각각 갖고 있으며, 상기 엔진의 부착조건에 따른 상태로, 상기 스타터본체가 부착되는 금속제의 프렌지부재를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스타터장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 프론트하우징에는, 오버런닝 클러치의 클러치 인너와 일체의 피니온 이등체의 외주부를 맞대여 지지하는 베어링이 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스타터장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 피니온 이동체의 베어린보다도 전방부에 링기어의 사양에 따른 별체의 피니온이 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스타터장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 프론트 하우징의 프렌지 부재가 부착되는 부분에는, 여러개의 관통공이 설치되어 있는 동시에 상기 프렌지 부재에는 상기 관통공중 지면측에 위치하는 관통공에 연통하는 물빼기구멍이 설치되어 있고, 지면측 이외의 관통공은 상기 프렌지 부재에 의해 막히도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스타터장치.
