Abstract

본 발명은 테이프(26)의 횡방향으로 연장된 단자 축들과 나란하게 테이프에 고정된 크림핑 단자(24)를 전선(90)에 크림핑하기 위한 전기 단자 부착기(10)에 관한 것이다. 부착기 램(14)가 크림핑 앤빌(22)를 향한 작업 행정 및 그로부터의 복귀 행정을 통해 크림핑 다이(18, 20)을 이동시키도록 제1 경로(A)에서 구동가능하다. 트랙(32)는 램의 제1 결오와 교차하는 제2 경로에서 테이프를 안내한다. 트랙은 테이프의 양쪽면을 결합 및 파지해서 테이프의 제2 경로의 횡방향으로 테이프를 당기는 한 쌍의 클램핑 죠우를 한정하는 플래튼(34)와 안내판(36)을 포함한다. 테이프는 앤빌과 크림핑 상태로 크림핑된 단자와 결합하고 있을 때 테이프로부터 단자를 분리시키기 위해 크림핑 다이로부터 비교적 멀리 이동된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 개념을 채용한 전기 단자 부착기의 사시도.
제2도는 단자 테이프 공급 시스템 및 테이프 이동 수단을 장착한 부착기의 내부 구역의 분해 조립 사시도.
제3도는 행정의 전방 단부에 셔틀 부재가 위치된, 셔틀 부재 및 멈치 톱니의 개략도.

Claims (7)

  1. 크림핑 앤빌을 향한 작업 행정과 그로부터의 복귀 행정을 통해서 제1 경로에서 구동 가능한 부착기 램과, 부착기 램의 각 적업 행정 중 전선에 단자의 일부를 크림핑하기 위해 앤빌과 협동하는 부착기 램 상의 크림핑 다이와, 램의 제1 경로와 교차하는 제2 경로에서 테이프를 안내하는 트랙 수단과, 램의 왕복에 응답해서 테이프 상의 선행 비크림핑 단자를 순차적으로 전진시키기 위해 테이프를 제2 경로를 따라 공급하도록 테이프의 인덱싱 개구들과 결합하는 테이프 공급 수단과, 크림핑된 단자로부터 테이프를 분리시키기 위해 다이가 크림핑된 단자와 크림핑 상태로 결합하고 있을 때 크림핑 다이로부터 비교적 멀리 테이프를 이동시키는 테이프 이동 수단을 포함하고, 테이프의 공급을 용이하게 하기 위해 다수의 개구가 연장된 양쪽면을 구비한 평면 테이프에 테이프의 횡방향으로 연장된 단자 축들과 나란하게 고정된 크림핑 단자를 전선에 크림핑하기 위한 전기 단자 부착기에 있어서, 상기 테이프 이동 수단은 테이프의 양쪽면을 결합 및 파지해서 테이프를 상기 제2 경로의 횡방향으로 당기는 테이프 클램핑 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자 부착기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테이프 클램핑 수단은 상기 트랙 수단의 적어도 일부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자 부착기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 트랙 수단은 테이프의 상기 제2 경로를 한정하는 플래튼과 그 플래튼 위에 병치된 안내판을 포함하며, 이 안내판과 플래튼은 상기 테이프 클램핑 수단을 형성하는 대향 클램핑 죠우를 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자 부착기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 플래튼과 안내판 중 적어도 하나는 테이프의 파지력을 향상 시키기 위해 걸쭉이가 있는 테이프 결합면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자 부착기.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 램의 작업 행정의 기능으로서 플래튼에 대해 안내판을 클램핑 상태로 이동시키기 위해 부착기 램과 안내판 사이에 작동식 결합된 편위 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자 부착기.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 테이프의 상기 제2 경로의 횡방향으로 안내판과 플래튼을 이동시키는 피스톤-실린더 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자 부착기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테이프는 플라스틱재로 제조되고, 상기 단자들은 테이프와는 별도로 제조되어 상기 테이프에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자 부착기.
