Claims (22)
- 하기식 (1)로서 산출되는 변화율 γG'가 50% 이하이고, 하기식 (2)로서 산출되는 변화율 γG가 50% 이하이며, 150℃에서 1-50%의 범위의 변형시의 저장탄성률 G'이 3×103-7×104dyne/cm2인, 결착 수지 및 착색제로 이루어지는 정전하상 현상용 토너.γG'= (1- G'50%/ G'1%) × 100 (1)γG= (1- G50%/ G1%) × 100 (2)상기 식 중, γG'은 저장 탄성률의 변화율을 나타내고, G'50%은 150℃에서의 50%의 변형시의 저장 탄성률을 나타내고, G'1%는 150℃에서 1%의 변형시의 저장 탄성률을 나타내며, γG은 손실 탄성률의 변화율을 나타내고, G50%은 50%의 변형시의 손실 탄성률을 나타내고, G1%은 1%의 변형시의 손실 탄성률을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, γG'가 0.1-35%이고, 변화율 γG'가 0.1-35%인 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 손실 탄성률 G이 2×103-6×104dyne/cm2인 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결착 수지가 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어지고, 저장 탄성률 G'이 4.5×103-6.5×104dyne/cm2인 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결착 수지가 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어지고, 저장 탄성률 G'이 4.5×103-6.5×104dyne/cm2이고, 손실 탄성률 G이 3×103-5.5×104dyne/cm2인 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결착 수지가 비닐 수지로 이루어지고, 저장 탄성률 G'이 5×103-7×104dyne/cm2이고, 손실 탄성률 G“이 5×103-6×104dyne/cm2인 토너
- 제1항에 있어서, 결착 수지가 40-90℃의 유리 전이 온도, 1,000-50,000의 수 평균 분자량, 및 3,000-100,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어지는 것인 토너.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 수지가 45-85℃의 유리 전이 온도, 1,500-20,000의 수 평균 분자량, 및 40,000-90,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 것인 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결착 수지가 45-80℃의 유리 전이 온도, 2,500-50,000의 수 평균 분자량, 및 10,000-1,000,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 비닐 수지로 이루어지는 것인 토너.
- 제9항에 있어서, 비닐 수지가 55-70℃의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 것인 토너.
- 제9항에 있어서, 착색제가 결착 수지 100 중량부 당 65-200 중량부로 함유되는 분말성 자성 물질로 이루어지는 것인 토너.
- 제11항에 있어서, 자성 물질을 결착 수지 100 중량부 당 70-150 중량부로 함유하는 것인 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 착색제가 비자성 안료 또는 염료로 이루어지는 것인 토너.
- 제13항에 있어서, 착색제를 결착 수지 100 중량부 당 0.1-60 중량부로 함유하는 것인 토너.
- 제14항에 있어서, 착색제를 결착 수지 100 중량부 당 0.5-50 중량부로 함유하는 것인 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 실온에서 고상인 이형제로 이루어지는 것인 토너.
- 제16항에 있어서, 이형제가 지방족 탄화 수소 왁스 및 그의 산화 생성물, 지방산 에스테르 왁스, 포화 선상 지방산, 불포화 지방산, 포화 알코올, 다가 알코올, 포화 지방산 아미드, 포화 지방산 비스 아미드, 불포화 지방산 아미드, 불포화 지방족 비아미드, 방향족 비스아미드, 지방산 금속염, 그래프트 왁스, 지방산과 다가 알코올 간의 부분 에스테르화 생성물, 및 지방산 메틸 에스테르 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 왁스로 이루어지는 것인 토너.
- 제16항에 있어서, 이형제가 지방족 알코올 왁스 또는 지방족 탄화 수소 왁스로 이루어지는 것인 토너.
- 제16항에 있어서, 이형제를 결착 수지 100 중량부 당 0.1-20 중량부로 함유하는 것인 토너.
- 제19항에 있어서, 이형제를 결착 수지100 중량부 당 0.5-10 중량부로 함유하는 것인 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중량 평균 입도가 3 - 10μm인 토너.
- 제21항에 있어서, 중량 평균 입도가 3 - 9μm인 토너.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
