본 발명은 압축기의 윤활유 공급장치에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 혼합기체가 습동부로 공급되어 고체 마찰을 유도하거나, 윤활유의 시스템 유출로 신뢰성에 문제가 있으며, 과도한 유토출로 유면이 저하되어 급유가 원활하지 못한 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명은 편심축(5')의 축내경(13')에 윤활유(10)와 가스를 분리시켜 윤활유(10)는 오일공(14)으로 공급되도록 함과 아울러 가스는 축내경(13')을 따라 진행되도록 하는 단차부(13'a)를 형성하고, 상기 단차부(13'a)에 내부에 윤활유(10) 및 가스를 분리하는 망사필터(22)로 구성됨과 아울러, 외부는 망사필터(22)를 지지하고 윤활유(10)를 잔류시키는 막힘판(23)과, 망사필터(22)에 의하여 분리된 윤활유 (10)가 편심축(5')의 원심력에 의하여 오일공(14)으로 빠져나가도록 하는 연통구 (24)가 형성된 유분리망(21)을 설치하여, 순수 윤활유(10)말 습동부로 공급함으로써 혼합 유체에 의한 고체 마찰을 방지하고, 순수 가스만 토출시켜 윤활유의 시스템내로의 유출을 막아 시스템의 신뢰성을 확보하며, 유토출로 인한 유면 저하를 방지하여 안정된 급유를 가능하게 하도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a lubricating oil supply device of a compressor.
