Abstract

본 발명은 강선 코드 표면에 10-1,000Kev 범위내에 에너지 이온빔을 10-2-10-1토르의 압력으로 0.1-3초 동안 방사하여서 된 황동도금 코드로서, 코드의 부식을 방지하고 고무와의 접착특성을 개선한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 황동이 도금된 강선코드에 있어서, 강선 코드 표면에 10-1,000Kev 범위내에 에너지 이온빔을 10-2-10-1토르의 압력으로 0.1-3초 동안 조사함을 특징으로 하는 표면처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이온빔의 이온원으로는 질소개스 또는 아르곤 개스를 이용함을 특징으로 하는 강선 코트 표면 처리방법.
  3. 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 황동도금 강선 코드.
